Fast, reasonably priced, friendly, and quality work! Good communication and customer service on the phone, as well. The other positive reviews about this place were spot-on! read more

I spoke with this representative regarding my windshield replacement, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional. Rather than listening to my concerns, he repeatedly tried to push his quoted price after I explained that I had found a better one elsewhere. He mocked me, was dismissive, and spoke to me in a disrespectful and condescending manner. It seemed like he wasn't interested in understanding what I was saying or helping resolve the situation. Overall, it was a very unpleasant customer service experience. read more

Fantastic service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them if you need help with a cracked windshield.

Ken was super professional but personable. They did great work and saved us lots of money. Highly recommend!!!

I used Ken in the past and saved big bucks. i now live in south carolina and had a 12 inch crack on my wife toyota avalon which i wanted to sell called around but KEN was so much cheaper that i went to Georgia to visit friends. he replaced it saved me a lot of money and i was able to sell it as soon as i got back to South Carolina He does great work and is very professional read more

These guys did a great job very quickly and saved me 100's of dollars. I enjoyed my experience with them and would recommend them to anyone. I took my car to them and sat for 1hr and 15min and was half the price of National glass replacement company . Part of the wait was on the delivery of my glass from vendor. read more

Took my truck to Glass King on a whim to see if they could help with an off the wall side job. I walked in and they said they could handle it within an hour... great guys that help when and where they can! Didn't have a windshield issue but I'll take my truck there if I do. read more

Awesome guys! Honest and fair pricing and quick turnaround on windshield replacement. Highly recommend.

STAND UP COMPANY I had my windshield shattered by a rock and was referred by my go-to auto body shop to Ken at Glass King. I gave Ken a call and he gave me a quote over the phone that was cheaper than the online quotes I was getting from the common mobile companies and big names. He also knew exactly what he was talking about as he asked me some questions about my car to ensure he got the right version of windshield (mine has water sensors for automatic wipers). I made an appointment, he had me in and out, and the price was the price. It's obvious he's professional by nature, and after small talk in the lobby while I waited I could tell he was a genuine person running a family business. read more

My front windshield cracked from a rock on the highway. Glass King was able to see me in 2 days, my appointment was on time, and they finished in one hour. Very easy process and I was happy with the result. read more

Very professional and great prices. They were $100 less than Satellite who also doesn't do mobile service in Dallas. Nick came out and had everything done in under and hour and even managed to swap my PeachPass to the new windshield. Highly recommended. read more

Eight months later, I got another broken windshield on the same stretch of highway. Needless to say, I've been taking another route because they'll probably never fix the road. BUT still taking my broken windshield to Glass King for a replacement. Same excellent service as before and he even matched the price from last time. read more

I had a small chip in my windshield and took it to Glass King Auto Glass in Acworth. After inspecting the windshield they said that it was superficial and not in need of any repair at this time. I was ready to pay for the repair if they said it was needed. THIS IS AN HONEST SHOP ! ! ! read more

I do not know how I got so lucky. Ken was great. The price was way lower than safelite and I had it done same day. I will be bring all of my glass damages to no one, but him. read more

Beyond exceptional work and easy to deal with. I am extremely happy with the friendly and professional attitude i received. The craftsmanship was next to no and I'm happy with the work provided. If you need help they are worth the drive and the patience. Pricing is very competitive and next to none. Call in and schedule your appointment to get your work done. read more

Was driving back from a trip and some debris hit my windshield causing a 10"+ crack. I have USAA and my comprehensive is $500 deductible - also USAA partners with Safelite. The reviews I read about Safelite were awful. Called glass king and same day ken installed brand new windshield on my 2015 f150. Fair price. Didn't even file a claim with insurance. Ken does a great job. read more

Rock hit my passenger side rear window. Called glass King and it was fixed that day. Looks and works fantastic. Kenneth is a wonderful man and does a perfect job, at an excellent price. I won't go anywhere else. read more

Great experience with Ken at Glass King Auto glass. Called and he ordered my new windshield and told me when it would be in and ready to be installed. Showed up to my appointment and he and his crew took me right in and had a very large Mercedes sprinter windshield installed within an hour. No wind noise, or marks on the vehicle, it looks and functions perfectly. Highly recommend these guys for glass work if you're anywhere on the northern side of Atlanta! read more

Ken is absolutely fantastic! He took the time to give me some options on a broken passenger side Expedition truck. If any of you own this you know they tend to break. He also fixed my moon roof at no cost. Every bit of business that I ever get for windows will be going to this guy. He also is extremely knowledgable which is a definite when dealing with issues like this. Regarding cost - he was MUCH less than another company I called so get the work done here, done right and done for less. read more

Called on Monday to get a quote. Left a voicemail and received a callback 15 minutes later from Ken. He asked me to text him my VIN number and said he would call me back on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no call. I called him back today and reminded him that I sent him a text on Monday with my VIN number. He stated that he would look for my text and call back. The day is over and still no call. Complete waste of time! read more

Ken is awesome! He repaired a chip in my windshield right away. I told him I needed a repair done quickly so we could leave for our vacation. He met us at a local store parking lot and saved the day! His prices beat EVERYONE I had called for same repair. I highly recommend Glass King! No wonder his business has many good reviews..he's wonderful! read more

When I called he seemed nice enough. Talked about his 31 years experience & that he was priced less than anyone else. Well, that is where the saga begins....he gave me a price over the phone & it was in fact a good price. For the next 5 days I texted him 3 times & called him 7 times (the last 3 calls he just hit the ignore button). I was attempting to set up the appointment. I left multiple voice mails & am still waiting on his return text or call. I have an immediate need but he is providing zero customer service. So, I would be extremely hesitant to use him now if this is an indication of how he operates....not even the common courtesy to return either a text or a voice mail. Bottom line...he is all talk & no action. read more

Very responsive. I had a problem with my rear view mirror falling off the windshield. He fixes this at no charge. One of the few glass/windshield places that would take this type of job! read more

I manage a home repair company, We go through broken glass, lol. I'm sure I found my "Go-To" glass replacement guy! Thank you sir!

My son needed to get the windshield fixed on his car so he called Glass King and received a quote. Later that day he took the car up there to have it repaired. He said that it was actually $10 cheaper than the quote and that you couldn't find a nicer guy anywhere. He told me he would drive across the state to have repairs done here because of the great service he received here. He also said that the owner's son was just as nice and polite as his dad! Thank you for the great job you did for my son!!! I will recommend you to all my friends. read more

this is my second time using these guys( diffrent cars) and they are so fast and the price is great. i would recommend them to everyone. they need to be your first stop when looking for this service. read more

While I have not used their services personally, one of my clients was shocked at how fast they replaced her car windshield (the same day) and she feels that the quality of the windshield was actually better than the original one. In the past, she has always been upset when she's had windshields replaced, noting that they were never as good. I know the owner Ken personally. With over 20 years in the business, I would expect nothing less than this feedback. If you are anywhere in north or west Atlanta, he'll come to you, often times in under 24 hours. Call them for any rock chip repair or windshield replacement. read more

I had a chip that I ignored, until I attempted to clean off the snow from that nasty December stormed---cracks EVERYWHERE! I called earlier today. Appointment at 4. Out the door at 4:30. While I'm not a Jersey fan, I love you Ken! read more
