I didn't want to use Safelite due to bad reviews so I turned to other shops. I personally prefer mom and pop shops anyway! Jesse is soooo responsive with email and calls. I kid you not. Last night I called here and Brian literally picked up and spoke with me about availability. He was free first thing this morning and we set up a time for him to come. Car was at my house, in the driveway, Brian was friendly, professional, and most importantly- thorough. Found a few areas that needed repair and I was happy that it was reasonable compared to taking it to a major shop. Cracks and dings are important to fix right away. They can turn into something worse so fast, so especially with the high cost of replacement, I'd gladly keep calling Brian to come out moving forward. I know that filling a star or a crack is not going to magically make it invisible- but what it will do is prevent future damage from that specific spot. Lifetime warranty, just great service. Support small businesses!

I did get quotes from 3-4 repair shops but Brian gave me the best deal and got it done on the same day. I was worried about driving the car with shattered glass everywhere, but he took care of that as well. He got his tools to my house within an hour of finalizing the quote and fixed the window. All in all, I was extremely pleased with their quick and meticulous service. I definitely recommend Clearview for their communication, service, professionalism and competitive prices.

He was very communicative and made an appointment with his quote fairly quickly. The price for the window was fair, and paying him was quick because he had options on how to receive payment. Communication was transparent, and I understood what I was getting with my service. Once he replaced my window, he showed me the old one and showed how it broke. Chris is nice and quick with his work but also very efficient and thorough. If you are in Hapeville, he doesn't live too far so he can do a mobile service. Hopefully I won't have to call on him again because that would mean more windows on my car broke, but I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs this type of service. He would be the first I'd reach out to if I needed window replacement (but hopefully not).
