Took my daughters car to them months ago, they screwed up the fix then took forever to fix it right. Today it appears we noticed the back rear brake lights not working... come to find out when they fixed the bumper and plugged the wiring harness in they bent the prong . it took forever to figure out why then we remembered they painted the bumper and had removed the rear tail light... we will never use them again. If you have a popular vehicle, be careful as they might total it out so they can have it cheap. My daughter took my truck in after an accident at the recommendation from State Farm. They saw her coming! Told her all kinds of things wrong and wanted to total it. Her dad knew most of the things that happened in the accident and knew some of what they were telling us was not true. They also refused at first to let us take it somewhere else for a second opinion. Finally we drove it to another shop and 2/3 of the things were fine. My insurance recommended this place after my car was involved in a hit and run. They texted me on Monday and said the car was ready. When we got there to pick the car up it was missing a piece on the grill. The guy said he ordered it, the part would be there on Tuesday. I go to pick the car up on Tuesday, the paint on the grill pieces did not match my car. There was a huge gap between my hood and my headlight on the drivers side. The bumper wasn't even lined up properly. The guy wanted to blame the wrong color pieces on the photos I submitted the night of the incident. He ordered new parts to match the color of my car and said they would be there on Thursday and that he had it approved for me to keep my rental until Thursday. Wednesday morning I get a call from the rental car company letting me know that the rental had not been extended and it ran out on Tuesday. Anything after Tuesday would have to be paid out of pocket unless they submit an extension. Fast forward to Thursday, I pick the car up and the pieces are a darker grey but still do not match my BLACK car. This place is awful! read more

Took my Challenger in for repairs after hit and run. They gave me an estimate for replacing door since the dent was so deep I told them that would be fine agreed to the estimate and told them to go ahead with the repairs. For some reason the shop took it upon themselves to just pull the dent out of the door and repaint without letting me know or getting my approval for the change. They call me and tell me my car is ready early so I go to pick it up and they bring it around and it has light paint and paint runs on door so I tell them I will not except it and they take it back to redo. 2 days later they call and tell me they car is ready again and I go pick it up. It looks great so I get it and drive it home and notice there is a lot of wind noise so I turn around and head back to the shop and discovered they left off the weatherstripping. Told they will have to order it. So Monday morning they call tell me it is in and I head back up to the shop and they install it. Just not happy with the way they did things and really not happy with the fact they took it upon themselves to make the decision to change the work that was going to be done to fix my car. 1 Like read more

This is the 2nd review I have not heard from mgmt or anything from the shop they have had my car for 5 weeks now nobody has called!!!! I have filed 2 complaints with the home office on this matter I will keep doing this I am talking with a attorney to see what I can do about this situation. My Porsche Boxster got vandalized with a key and the windshield busted out. This place took my car and did a horrible job for a Porsche. My doors don't match, the paint is chipping off the edges, orange peel everywhere. They didn't replace my bumper with deep cut marks, they just painted over the marks so now I have a fresh painted bumper with the key marks still in it. Broke the bumper too so when I drove 24 hrs after I got it back it was loose and ripped the plastic. ALL OF MY CLIPS ARE BROKEN THAT HOLD PARTS TOGETHER. My wing has paint chips all in it and the clips are missing in some areas. My carpet in still undone in my trunk. With all the money they got from the insurance you could of done the whole car. Now my car doesn't match, still messed up paint job in worse condition than it was before. Ohhh and also my interior mirror covers are all snapped and broken.
