It took five and a half months to get my vehicle back, granted 2 months was held up with insurance, but could have been proactive and got the mechanical stuff repaired while waiting on supplement from insurance, with little to no communication the entire time. I repeatedly called for updates and was almost always sent to voicemail. When I did get a response, I was told there were issues with their mechanics, that were fired due to drinking on the job, which kept delaying the timeline. When I was finally told the car was ready, I went to pick it up immediately--only to find the work was completely unacceptable. The body lines don't align properly, which is obvious at a glance. On top of that, the paint job is subpar, with visible orangpeeling and clear signs of poor prep and finishing work. This is not what anyone should expect after waiting months for repairs. Instead of taking responsibility, I was given the excuse that "Chinese parts don't line up with OEM parts." That's not a valid explanation--it's an admission of poor workmanship. The owner's response made things worse. He was dismissive, showed no accountability, and kept repeating the same excuse rather than addressing the actual problems. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. After waiting months, I was left with low-quality repairs, a poor paint job, and a complete lack of professionalism. Between the substandard work and the almost nonexistent communication, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Also to add, since pick up, the headlight beams are not the same, and don't line up. Driver side headlight was affected at impact. But was never checked when then burnt the driver side headlight assembly. So over all, still have to buy another set of head lights to match. I would trust any body shop off Austell road before recommending this shop. Plus lied to me at the end, and said he would eat $1000 of the cost because it would effect his business partner, but then puts a $1000 discount on the receipt, stating that nothing lined up. Which I assume the other partner would see. Please avoid at all cost.

When I returned home to Ohio, my car engine began to smoke like within 3 days of a full engine warranted replacement! I took it to my local long-standing mechanic, Streamline Auto, and was charged $887.90 and was told the car engine had the following failures: * There was no antifreeze in the engine. * The cooling system was leaking under the intake manifold. * The oil cooler nipple was broken which caused the coolant leak. * A cylinder head gasket test was performed, and it failed. The test indicated there was damage to the cylinder heads, gaskets, block, or all of the above. * Further, there was an indication from my local mechanic that all the following repairs and defects were directly correlated to the faulty installation of the motor that was installed in their place of business. I tried to get them to pay the $887.90, they declined and STILL refused after getting a lawyer involved. My parents live in GA and have been going to themn for YEARS. They were horrible from the beginning and I should've heeded the red flags, but I was ready to get my Jeeo back and in working condiations. DO NOT WASTE YOUR RESOURCES! DRIVE PAST!

After taking weeks longer than I was told, our van died on my wife and kids, replaced the battery, died again, needed new terminals. Week or 2 later, headlight and blinkers stopped working. Now van is dead again with alternator issues. GM Ryan said he was sending someone out to replace battery, Tyler, and take it to have alternator tested. Guy came out, put a new battery in and left without talking to me, then texted me saying everything is fine. I get in and battery light is still on. Responded to his text and he said he'd follow back up with me. NOTHING! Now texts won't even go through to him. Called and GM says over his head at this point! Place is straight trash!!!
