It took five and a half months to get my vehicle back, granted 2 months was held up with insurance, but could have been proactive and got the mechanical stuff repaired while waiting on supplement from insurance, with little to no communication the entire time. I repeatedly called for updates and was almost always sent to voicemail. When I did get a response, I was told there were issues with their mechanics, that were fired due to drinking on the job, which kept delaying the timeline. When I was finally told the car was ready, I went to pick it up immediately--only to find the work was completely unacceptable. The body lines don't align properly, which is obvious at a glance. On top of that, the paint job is subpar, with visible orangpeeling and clear signs of poor prep and finishing work. This is not what anyone should expect after waiting months for repairs. Instead of taking responsibility, I was given the excuse that "Chinese parts don't line up with OEM parts." That's not a valid explanation--it's an admission of poor workmanship. The owner's response made things worse. He was dismissive, showed no accountability, and kept repeating the same excuse rather than addressing the actual problems. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. After waiting months, I was left with low-quality repairs, a poor paint job, and a complete lack of professionalism. Between the substandard work and the almost nonexistent communication, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Also to add, since pick up, the headlight beams are not the same, and don't line up. Driver side headlight was affected at impact. But was never checked when then burnt the driver side headlight assembly. So over all, still have to buy another set of head lights to match. I would trust any body shop off Austell road before recommending this shop. Plus lied to me at the end, and said he would eat $1000 of the cost because it would effect his business partner, but then puts a $1000 discount on the receipt, stating that nothing lined up. Which I assume the other partner would see. Please avoid at all cost.

Took my car in for roof antena repair. I had just bought…read morenew tires for my car. Blue Mercedes. Had to take the car back because of a sloppy job of clean up. All the rubber clipping were all over in my car and the rubber insulation was not properly in place. Now this is the real problem. I do not wash my car myself. I have my car hand wash. But one day I decided to wash my car for the exercise..that's when I noticed my new tires had been switched out with bald tires. Ok it was a few month after I notice it. I called Gerber and went in to see Steve who also took care of my car when I returned it for the sloppy job prior to me noticing my tires. These tires were completely bald. Steve and the young lady at the desk had also told me that there was a blue Mercedes in the back just like mine that had a door handle problem that I also mentioned to them..but not for repair at this visit. Well needless to say he swore up and down that he did not switch my tires. Well the other blue Mercedes had bald tires and it was swapped. They were upfront about the costs, assisted me with working it out with my insurance, and worked with the rental company, so I had almost no work on my end. Since I'm a mom who works full time, having so much assistance on their end was so helpful. The staff is also incredibly friendly with great customer service. My AC hasn't worked all summer and my rental car had great AC. I jokingly thought, "What if they fixed my AC just because?" When I began driving my car I felt cool air and thought I was going crazy. Come to find out, they DID fix the air in my car, and they replaced one of my broken windshield wipers! I was only charged for a tire that needed replacing and they let me know about this ahead of time. I can't even begin to express how grateful I am that not only does my vehicle look better than new, but it has cold air too! I recommend Caliber Collision 20 times over to anyone who needs repairs.
