Let me tell yall about Mr. Terry! He is amazing. I called him on Monday at the crack of dawn (when…read morethey opened), he had my car information in the system from 2021 when another pothole claimed a car rim life... and he confirmed the information and they were awesome that time as well! BUT ... that was before my Yelp Elite days... neither here nor there... BUT I HAVE YOUR BACK NOW TERRY!!! Listen... Terry asked me about the crack... I gave him a hint at how bad it was and that it was irreparable... He said give him a few moments to look. He then called me back about 10 minutes later with a rim and the grade and gave me the payment options. I paid and he said it would be in by FRIDAY!!!... Guys... it is Wednesday, 2 days later and Terry went above and beyond for me. I had an Uber go pick up the rim and bring it to me and he was so helpful! He was always so welcoming and understanding and just so happy to help. I needed a rim to replace my busted one and he came through and now I am back on the road and returning my rental 3 days early! YAY! THANKS TERRY! You need a raise my guy!!! I hope he sees this picture lol

Butler tire is not cheap but they do incredible work. If you want the job done right, this is a…read moregreat place to go to. My car had been vibrating some at high speeds for a couple months now (not anything extreme, but noticeable) and my main mechanic shop doesn't do wheel balancing, so I came by to get my tires rotated and wheels balanced. My Lexus finally has its smooth ride back again. I was pretty shocked at the difference afterward. I guess I had gotten accustomed to some of the bumpiness! Butler did a great job AND I noticed that they shined my tires and left the interior of my car the way they found it (I've had mechanics leave grease on my seats before lol). Butler is a great example of a high-quality, professional auto shop. I don't play around when it comes to my car, I try to do everything I can to take good care of it - that includes not cheaping out by going to competitors that might have lower prices but also lower quality work. I know my car is in good hands here!

New tires from a dealer and had a slow leak. Took it back thinking something minor and they said…read morethe rim needed replacement. No idea how it happened. At around $500 I wasn't prepared for that after having just replaced all 4 tires. Called around and got recommendations for Jeremy. He took a look at the pic and offered a repair but cautioned that the pic looked like it might be a crack. I opted to drop the rim off. A quick inspection and he advised it was cracked but could try a weld and straighten the minor bend. The following day at lunch he let me know it was ready and was holding a seal. I stopped by on lunch and he put the tire on quickly. He saved us $320.

I went to the dealership yesterday because my tire pressure was low on my left rear tire. After an hour, they came back and said I had a slow leak due to a nail and they could only REPLACE it for $507. I said no thanks and walked right out. (My car is 60 days old w/ brand new tires soooo no). Fast forward to this morning at 9:30 am. I drive up to Smyrna Tire, park, jump out and tell them what I was told. They said they'd check pressure on all and see if they can patch the hole. Great! Welp. They actually found 1 nail in my left rear and 2 nails in my right rear tire. (Either I have enemies or I need to watch how I drive cause sheesh). On top of being thankful, I'm impressed and grateful. Had I bought the replacement tire, I would've had to turn around and buy another one days later PLUS I'm hella disappointed that after sitting on their lift for an hour and doing the extra ridiculous soapy test, BMW couldn't see that I had multiple nails across both tires. Anywho. In case you're still thinking of going somewhere else for any of your tire issues. Don't. I've found my forever shop and I'm positive I won't need to go anywhere else. Side note: I've been here for about 40 minutes and my car is almost done. Yay! There's also a very steady flow of customers and they are getting them in and out as much as they can.
