I came here to repair my driver's side window that stopped working. The cause of the problem was…read moremisdiagnosed more than once. After dropping my car off for two days they informed me that they got the wrong part in and I had to wait for the right part to arrive. I had a family member's car to drive while they were out of town and coordinated it so I could drop it off and they would have time to make sure it was good to go. They called 4 separate times to ask me what window it was even though I had already tried to get it repaired when it was first dropped off. When it was finally ready to be picked up this second time, the 'repaired window' was broken after a few weeks and I had to take it back. To make matters worse, the back of my car was scratched by their garage door. Someone obviously closed the garage door and scratched the heck out of the car and they just tried to rub it off when I pointed to it. When that didn't work they said they would 'review surveillance footage to see how it happened'. I obviously never heard back from them. Additionally, they messed up my radio during the repair. It stopped loading and has never worked since dropping it off. When I asked about it they just told me my software was out of date and this is something that just happens because my car was 8 years old. I knew that was a lie, but I took it to the Toyota dealership anyway and they told me that the repairman didn't allow my system to reboot and fried my entire infotainment system. This place was just a total disaster for me and I would never recommend it to anyone no matter what the issue is. I tried really hard to work with them and be patient and it just seemed everything they touched was made worse than before.

They tried charging my son over $800, when no one…read moregave them the ok to go ahead and work on the issue, they took it upon them selfs to do the work when all my son asked for was a diagnostic, they said they would give him the results on monday since thats when they could look at it. Turns out they did everything last friday without anyone's consent, the truck is mine I never gave the ok for anything to be done to it. They thought they could scam a young kid! Everyone beware and make sure they dont try and rob you. They said they would take the parts off, and I only had to pay the diagnostic $168 which was also a lie I still had to pay for the parts that I never consented to have installed.
