Bought some tires the other day and intended to do brakes and oil change in one stop. The price was competitive on the tires so I decided to go local over chain. Forgot how nice it is to deal with good, local people. Plus they checked the brakes and told me they were good. Most places would have still sold me the brakes, just swapped, no questions asked. I appreciated they are looking out for the best interest of the customer, not just profit. Very happy with the tires and service. Thanks Cherokee Tire.

I was just there to have my front rim and bent tie rod replaced on my semi new 2025 Genesis. To not hit a dog I turned away from it and slid into the curb and damaged my rim and bent the tie rod. Killian did a great job, but Genesis was faulty on the tie rod. They sent the wrong part due to a wrong part number that they acknowledged. All in all was a great experience, and they did not charge for their loaner car.

Went to pick up my car around 3pm Monday afternoon and didn't look in the back seat until 5:50pm when I noticed the back seat ripped up with the seat cushion foam all over the seat (like an animal got inside). I immediately reached out to East Cobb Auto and they claim the rip didn't happen on their watch and I must have ripped up the seat in those two hours and brought it back for them to repair. Obviously it happened from Saturday to Monday while in their custody. They claim they do a four door inspection upon completion of work. Obviously that didn't happen either. East Cobb Auto would not cover the seat repair costs I incurred nor did they offer to cover any portion of the repair cost. We have been customers for over 30 years and this was handled very poorly and unprofessionally. Would not recommend leaving your car in their care.

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and the price for repair was very reasonable. Though I thankfully did not have to wait long, I loved the waiting room. I hope not to need their services again, but if I ever have an issue with my car, this will be my first stop!

I was searching for a company that would do standard car maintenance services (e.g. oil change,…read moretune-up, 50,000 mile service, etc.) at a fair price. I was tired of companies that lure you in with some lowball price and then tell you that you need repairs/services that you don't actually need. I'm not looking for the absolute cheapest prices, but I'm also not looking to pay a king's ransom, and I'm definitely not looking to be lied to or ripped off. Just give me honest work for a fair price - that's value! I almost passed over Canton Tire & Automotive's listing because I wasn't looking for new tires. But, as I was scrolling past, a review caught my eye that mentioned engine work, so, after also noticing the high review score, I clicked and researched further. Long story short - I gave them a try and they met or exceeded my expectations in every way. I've found my new go-to automotive shop!
