I was in an accident in January of this year. I think I was initially shocked the first couple of…read moredays. It wasn't until the third day after my accident that I woke up stiff! I couldn't even turn my head or lift it without excruciating pain. I agreed to finally see a doctor that my mom was referred to (because I was not in the mood to talk to anyone, I had asked my mom to please find someone for me) but this dr, I will not say their names... but all they did was put warm compression, these muscle shocking pads, and put me on a machine that rolled up and down my spine. I was in so much pain still and thought to myself "NOOOO way, this can't be right! There has to be a better way!" So I called my cousin who I knew worked for a chiropractor. I asked her if it was normal for this chiropractor to do this to me right after an accident... She was like "OOOOh no girl!!! You need to get a full exam including x-rays because how can they treat you without even seeing what's wrong?!" Right there. She already won me over. I made the soonest appointment with Dr. Pommerenck's office and have to say that was one of the best decisions I ever made. It's been roughly four months since I was rear ended and suffered a pretty bad whiplash, and I have had my good days and bad days getting out of bed, I can honestly say that my bad days are much less now, thanks to Dr. Pommerenck and his staff... I have the x-rays to prove that PROPER chiropractic care does wonders! Go to this place if you are suffering any kind of pain... You'd be surprise to find out its probably got to do with the health of your spine :) And they will help you!!! (The right way!!! and Not no kind of mumbo jumbo just want your money way.) I love this place :) !!!!

They are genuinely the most amazing humans you could ever meet. They treat everyone coming in for a visit just like family. For the past 8 weeks I have been going in, multiple times a week, they have been nothing but professional, patient, kind and caring. Dr. Becerra takes his time with each patient, he never rushes through your session, no matter how many people are waiting, he is always gentle and thorough asking questions the entire time to gage your pain levels. I was pretty bummed to find out that he and Jesse will be moving on, but we wish them both nothing but good luck and blessings in their future endeavors. I highly recommend this practice, even if you go in just to get to meet/chat with Yvette (queen of the front desk and the glue that holds it all together), she has been my savior during this entire stressful process. So happy to have been referred here, I would continue to come back just for monthly adjustments!
