He never mentioned that the special lens was going to be a toric lens. I have tried a toric lens three times and I do not like them. When I found out, I asked to be switched to a regular lens. Sansbury refused to write a new prescription without another exam. It was less than a week since I had my eyes examined. I was sent out with a lens I cannot wear and my eyesight in that eye is -11.50. In my opinion, they did not care that I cannot see without a lens in that eye. That was the worst customer service I have ever had at a medical facility. I will not return and I advise anyone considering Sansbury to be very wary.

I was then told my glasses would be mailed to me via USPS on a Wednesday and that I would receive them by that Friday. They never arrived. The following Wednesday, I went to the office in person, only to be told the staff member I needed to speak with had stepped out for lunch. After my name was pulled up in the system, the same staff member appeared shortly after. She admitted she had forgotten to send my glasses and offered a $4.00 gift card as compensation for the inconvenience. That gesture felt dismissive and inadequate given the delay of over two months and the lack of honesty throughout the process. I expressed that these experiences made me question whether I would return to the practice at all. I was originally referred to this office, but based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable recommending it to others.
