Once I was back I received a thorough pre exam and reviewed my history. I have an autoimmune disease that has just caused a multitude of eye issues. After having my eyes dilated I waited about 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I felt Dr Bryan provided excellent care and was dedicated to ensuring we have a well developed plan of care for my eyes. I was very pleased with the care I received EDIT: Do NOT schedule appointments on their post op days. Your wait time will be OVER 90 minutes. Very disappointing

May I suggest if you are going to 'Welcome' new technicians that you do it after business hours......not on my time or my dime. Dr. Ingram was very quick in his evaluation of my eye prescription. He asked approximately 2-3 questions only for each eye. I mentioned at that time that with the prescription that he came up with, I could not read with my left eye beyond the biggest possible size letters, while with my right eye I could see easily the tiniest setting! But Dr. Ingram only said that this happened because of the different axis without rechecking if the prescription that he came up with was correct. Anyways I used the prescription of Dr. Ingram and bought glasses accordingly. One month later I decided that I will get a second eye prescription to see if it agrees with the eye prescription that I got from Dr. Ingram. Surprise! The prescription is different! Unfortunately, I already wasted the money to buy glasses according to the prescription of Dr. Ingram.

I saw Suzanne numerous times for chronic recurrent UTIs and ongoing bladder pain. At one point,…read morethey lost my appointment and when I arrived (having traveled 25 minutes) they told me they were fully booked. They even checked and did find my phone number in their call logs, proving that I had set up the appointment. To add insult to injury, they charged me for the co-pay, claiming "the insurance company won't let us waive this." At another appointment, I had to leave after waiting in vain for 50 minutes. I have chronic fatigue, and was too weak to continue waiting. When I politely asked the reason for the delay, the staff had an attitude about it. I was also charged a co-pay for that day even though I was not seen. Some months later,, Dr. Pezzella scheduled a follow up appointment--to tell me that there was nothing further they could do for me. They didn't help me, and again charged me a co-pay for that appointment --to tell me they couldn't help me! The receptionist told me that Dr. Pezzella asks her to book four 15- minute appointments per hour--the appointments always go longer, and she is always running late. Their concern is not Patient Care, it's money, and they pack as many appointments daily as possible. You will NEVER be seen on time, and will OFTEN wait as long as 30 minutes or more to be seen. If you question this, you will be told "we are a specialty practice, and this is normal for a specialty practice." Except it isn't--I see 3 other medical specialists, and never wait more than 10 to 15 minutes to be seen.
