My mom and sister decided to go to Eyes on the Lake, and they had a great experience and said that they would be coming back. I then made my own appointment to go. It was a great experiences and I was able to keep my glasses for another year. Now it's 2026, and that means another appointment this go around. It was time to get new lenses and frames. The ladies are all very wonderful and are so welcoming. As most offices have you go to a dark room where they do some testing before you see the Doctor. Lindsey was so nice and made it so easy. After the appointment, it was time to get frames. Katlyn was super helpful and made it such a good experience. We had a challenge with my eyes, and they were so kind and understanding, knowing that things had happened, and we were able to get it all figured out. It was a great time, we are thankful for our new eye doctor's office and the wonderful ladies who are there for us each time.

Communication was clear and updated in time; the staff was friendly, warm and welcoming. The room was cleaned and remained cleaned with staff coming in to clean daily. I was even transfer4ed to and from the Laurens to Greenville location for a surgery, everyone at that location was awesome as well. My stay was 4 days, 3 nights.  Once I was brought back to a bed in the ER, everything ran smoothly and at pretty fast pace. (no long waiting periods). (blood work, CT scan, MRI, Ultrasound).  Nurses were wonderful and talked me through what was happening, going to happen and answered questions.  Thank you for making my stay as good as it could possibly be considering the situation.
