    it's been a negative experience since day 1. I was fitted for sclera lens, it took 7 weeks to get…read morethem. I could not get callbacks from the techs in the office. finally I get them, they hurt when I put them in but was assured this was normal. the next day I tried them again and my left eye became very painful. had to remove them after just 2 hours. could not get a callback over the weekend went to see my opthsmologist on Tuesday and found multiple abrasions. this is Wednesday and still waiting for a callback from Sansbury. there is no customer Service! it sucks! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. GO FIND ANOTHER EYE GLASS BUSINESS. TRY WALMART. IVE HEARD THEYRE MUCH BETTER.

    I wish I could do a review of less than one. It took me a month and a half to get an appointment…read morefor a contact lens exam. When I went in, I knew that my vision was bad and that I had an astigmatism. The exam went okay and Dr. Taylor told me he that he was going to have to order me a special lens for my left eye. He never mentioned that the special lens was going to be a toric lens. I have tried a toric lens three times and I do not like them. When I found out, I asked to be switched to a regular lens. Sansbury refused to write a new prescription without another exam. It was less than a week since I had my eyes examined. I was sent out with a lens I cannot wear and my eyesight in that eye is -11.50. In my opinion, they did not care that I cannot see without a lens in that eye. That was the worst customer service I have ever had at a medical facility. I will not return and I advise anyone considering Sansbury to be very wary.
