Just a quick update…read more I like a darker lip color. Last year I found Witch, Please! at good common sense. It is a seasonal color so I was unable to replace the tube I lost until September when they made a new batch. I went in and bought 2 tubes. I wasn't happy with the depth of color on the new batch. When I said something, the owner agreed the color wasn't the same and apologized. She said would get additional mica and replace it for me. After I bought the new tubes, I found my missing tube so now I have 3! Thanks for making a customer happy!

Incompetent service at it's finest…read more This is for the incredibly incompetent and dishonest sales associate Andrea. She asked if I needed help several times in front of the MAC display. I finally asked her to search for a MAC eyeshadow that was sold out on the display case and whether there were more in the back. She said, "What do you mean?". Really?! So she goes to look and I'm doing circles around the store waiting. Now I notice she's helping another customer! A sweet sales associate checks on me asking if I needed help. I pointed at Andrea and told her she was supposed to be helping me but now she went to help someone else! So the sweet associate goes to back to look for the eyeshadow. During this time Andrea had nerve to ask if I'm still doing ok? I confronted her and asked happened to her looking for the eyeshadow? She tells me she couldn't find any. I said "and when were you going to tell me this? I"VE BEEN WAITING!" I could not believe not only did she not take accountability but she went onto say she is a Clinique specialist not MAC specialist and that the associate she sent to back is the MAC person who knows more. I almost punched her in the face for lying. -I- was the one who asked the other associate to check. NOT YOU! And of course the sweet sales associate found the eye shadow for me. When I confronted her about it she just smirked and told me she was doing something at the time of the interaction. When I called to complain a manger just told me that he was there and that wasn't what he saw.
