My goal was to spray tan . After they charged my credit card they told me their spray tan machine doesn't work. It's now been two weeks. Each time I call they refer me to Livermore. Amber and Valerie are amazing !!!! I called and explained the situation. Given my schedule and traffic I wasn't able to make it to their location until almost 9pm. I got my spray tan and they recommended another bed prior. They gave me a sample of the "primer" before the spray tan because they wanted to make sure my spray tan developed quickly. This location is out of my way, and inconvenient but the staff is amazing . It's also bigger than San Ramon and they have more beds. The employees seem ethical , honest and didn't mind that I was there at 9pm. Thank you Valerie and Amber !!!!

Gabi was great, she was very professional, and gave great instructions on preparing for the tan a day before our appointment. She took her time and was very thorough to ensure an even tan. I tried the "golden" tan and while it looked great, I decided that the light brown would be best for the wedding. Gabi was very accommodating and even offered to do a touch up on the day of the wedding in the event I saw any uneven spots. Fortunately, there were no touch ups needed, she did a great job. Right after I put my 30 day notice in, I went to get a tan and they told me they had a package for level 5 available I could purchase which was not part of my membership. I bought it and saved it for when my membership was over and when I came to use it they let me know that I could not use it because I don't have a membership, which was specifically what I had asked them when I bought the package. I basically got robbed. I also purchased lotion and it was almost 2 years expired. I immediately realize it because the texture was disgusting. Lastly, do not take the advice of the folks working there on how you should properly tan. Be sure to do your own research because the people working there are young ladies who have not been properly trained. I promise you if you go in five different times and ask how you should get what you're trying to achieve you will get five different answers.

The style is Vintage inspired, Bohemian with many of the items also having a Cowboy twist to them. It's just really fun to look at their clothes and costume jewelry, I have a hard time walking out empty handed. Now, it's not exactly cheap, many of their pieces are expensive, but having said that there are some items that aren't too bad price wise . Also they have a room in the back where all the items there are $25. They also have a rack in the front of the store with clothing on sale. So it is possible to get out of there without spending an arm and a leg. The quality of the clothing is good too. I was there last week and I bought some jewelry pieces I am happy with. I believe it was the owner that was there and another woman that's often there. They both are very nice. Today, July 20th, there was a nice lady there that I had not seen before, she was friendly and helpful. I can't believe I forgot her name. She let me know what it was when she set me up for a dressing room. But anyway , she was nice and helpful. Also, I think it is so cool that there is a salon in the boutique. I have never had a salon appointment there, but I think it's a neat concept having it in the boutique. To recap this is a nice boutique with most items having a vintage boho vibe with a cowboy twist. I have always been very girly, so this place appeals to me. But it's girly with an edge. I can't go to it too often because I will be tempted to buy something each time.
