This is a truly custom spray tan. Obviously with how pale I was, I asked for something natural and wanted to just make everything more even than it currently was. Cristina made the whole process super easy and made a perfect fast developing color (I have no clue what it's called) tan for me and my body shape. It was a little scary at how dark it was at first but it turned out to be the perfect, natural bronze color. Cristina explained what I needed to do for the best results and she sold me one of the jumpsuits she has in the salon to make the rest of the day easier while the tan developed. I have been getting compliments since I got the tan and I love it - it makes any look I do better. Gabi was great, she was very professional, and gave great instructions on preparing for the tan a day before our appointment. She took her time and was very thorough to ensure an even tan. I tried the "golden" tan and while it looked great, I decided that the light brown would be best for the wedding. Gabi was very accommodating and even offered to do a touch up on the day of the wedding in the event I saw any uneven spots. Fortunately, there were no touch ups needed, she did a great job. My daughter did and she was sorry because they kept charging her after she cancelled her membership. She had to go through a hassle to get her money back. They were nice, apologetic and refunded her. But it was still a hassle to go through that process. And then she had to prove she cancelled it. So then she got a refund, so that was great. But then they charged her again. So she had to go through the same process. If it happens again, she will have to cancel her card.
