Their matcha mango i got tasted very grassy. It was OK, not great. A neat hangout if you like coffee and matcha drinks of the likes.
This suite along the main drag of the PB waterfront used to be the home of an apparel store. The new tenants have refurbished the space and converted it into a gourmet coffee shop. Curbside parking was not easy to find this close to the beach unless you come first thing in the morning before 8:00 which was what I did. The inside decor featured maroon as the predominant color. When you walked in, the area to the left had a leather couch, a coffee table, and some other chairs. Other seating was available along the right wall. In the back was an infusion setup using glass equipment to distill and produce the liquid. Menu sheets were posted at the service counter. To the left of the counter was a refrigerated display of various desserts. About ten house-made items were available for $10 to $12 each. For beverages, there was coffee (classic and signature), ceremonial matcha, ube, refreshers, and a couple of non-coffee options. Three kinds of milk (whole, oat, almond) were offered to make some of the drinks. The Mixed Berry Matcha was my beverage selection. The ceremonial grade matcha was blended with whole milk (my choice). A house-made syrup of strawberry and raspberry was added to the bottom of the cup. Two small strawberry slices topped the drink. I was advised to stir up the contents before drinking. The matcha flavor was potent and noticeable. I also bought the Carrot Cake from the dessert display. The item was contained inside a plastic container. The cake quality was good, however I also thought it was pricey at $10 for such a serving size. Overall, my experience at Infusion Lab Coffee was at a four star level.
Aesthetics 10/10. This is the Instagram coffee spot to be! Drinks are handcrafted in front of you and it was fascinating to watch the flavors come together before your eyes. I ordered the mango cream latte, which wasn't the best flavor combo but I would still go back to try the other flavors.
Delicious matcha near the beach! They have various milk alternatives, including almond milk, which I liked. The girl working was also very sweet.
Lots of latte and matcha flavor options! I tried the strawberry cream latte. It was worth the price - refreshing strawberries with some jam in the bottom, good coffee and a delicious foam on top. They also have some delicious looking desserts I can't wait to try. There are couches and some seating inside in addition to a few tables outside. Will be back!
I LOVE this place!!! For drinks so far, I have gotten the strawberry and mixed berry iced matcha lattes and WOW! So so so good and they look like art truly. They make their almond and oatmilk in house! :) The oatmilk was really good! It is also NO charge for milk substitution which is an incredible thing. I absolutely love the maroon walls that make it feel classy/sophisticated/chic.They are really beautiful. They also have homemade desserts and SO many of them! The tiramisu was REALLY good and I would love to try more of their desserts. They have coffee options, ube options, and some refresher options for drinks besides matcha. They also have a chai latte and hot chocolate. I am so glad that this spot open in Pacific Beach because I wanted to find a spot that makes an incredible matcha latte. They also make all of their fruit syrups in house too which I appreciate so much and you can tell!!! You can tell they put fresh fruit in them and they are so good. My husband loved his iced mango matcha latte too. Staff have always been friendly and welcoming. I love that you are able to watch them make your drink too. I highly recommend Infusion Lab Coffee! They also have a great loyalty program.
Love the Irish cream cold foam on this latte holy yum! Could use a tiny bit more espresso/coffee but it was so good and the presentation and ambiance is 10/10. Love this new PB spot
This is the best drink i had in a long time. Vanilla Cinnamon Latte. Not too sweet, great coffee taste. I ll def. come back for this drink. Place and decoration is great and owners and employees are super friendly.
Absolutely loved this place! The coffee was excellent--rich, smooth, and clearly made with quality ingredients. I also tried the Mixed Berry Cool Lime, and it was incredibly refreshing and perfectly balanced. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get some work done. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. You can really tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. I'll definitely be back!
Really great coffee! Super cute vibe in there as well. Their syrups are all made in house and absolutely delicious! Will be coming back
super cool place. love the interior! for a place like this, one thing I always pay attention to is how professional their baristas are, and boy, gotta tell ya, they know their stuff. I also recommend trying their pistachio cookies. OMG, it's heavenly.

This place does make some pretty good matcha, not to mention specialty coffees and house made desserts. I had a matcha latte with oat milk and a touch of Nate's raw unfiltered honey, a very good quality of honey. The matcha flavor was very good and smooth. There was no bitterness and the honey flavor was subtle or just right. I really enjoyed the matcha latte. They offer good inside seating and a few tables outside along the window. They offer infused flavored coffee to flavor their coffee. The hospitality was welcoming. The young lady who made my beverage was super nice and informative. They do play the music a little loud, but then again I am older and prefer more quieter sounds. read more

Honestly this place was just okay. The Irish cream latte was good, well flavored, a bit on the sweeter side but not bad. The ube latte did not taste like ube AT ALL. It honestly just tasted like a watered down plain latte which was pretty disappointing. The service was also just okay. We were asking the guy for suggestions but he seemed like he was ready for us to just order and move on. The inside is cute, nice decor and couch area for seating. But overall just a very mid experience. read more
