For years I was taking my daughters to a well known, local, highly recommended dermatologist who was unable to clear their simple acne. Dr. Bognet immediately had numerous options available which had never been presented elsewhere! Within a week of seeing Dr. Bognet, my girls' faces were clear. (Interestingly, they each had different types of acne, which required entirely different treatments.) I wish I had found her sooner! Similarly, I struggled with a small wart near my fingernail. The prior dermatologist's years of treatments did not eliminate the problem. Dr. Bognet to the rescue. She treated and eliminated the stubborn wart the first time! She is amazing! Over the last year, she has successfully treated a variety of skin ailments presented by my five family members. Additionally, her medical technician, Kyle, is fantastic. My daughter went off to college and needed continuation of care in a small rural town out of state. Kyle spent hours over multiple phone calls working with the not-so-up-to-date rural provider. My son who is now 40 was treated by Dr. Steil when he was a teenager. Today I phoned to get the results of a recent spot biopsy. I haven't been able to get into the patient portal and they are working on this. I have a different doctor who does my MOHS surgery and I asked for a copy of the report. Well, I can have this, but they charge for "paper" now, $25.00, if I ask for it to be mailed to me, it's $30. This is, in my mind, ludicrous.
