My husband Eric has a very complex spinal condition, and after years of specialists, imaging, pain…read moremanagement, and consultations, his spine surgeon specifically recommended Dr. Said. That recommendation turned out to be one of the most important steps in Eric's treatment. Dr. Said has now performed three injections, and each one has provided meaningful relief. For someone who has spent months struggling with severe pain and limited mobility, those improvements have been life-changing. What stands out is not only Dr. Said's skill and professionalism, but also his willingness to listen, explain the procedure, and treat Eric as a person rather than just another patient. I also want to recognize the office staff. Timing has been critical for Eric's care, and several other providers simply could not get him scheduled within the necessary timeframes. Dr. Said's office consistently found a way to accommodate the deadlines recommended by Eric's surgeon, allowing treatment to happen when it was needed rather than weeks or months later. If you are dealing with serious back pain and have been referred for injections, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Said and his team. We are extremely grateful for the care, responsiveness, and results.

In 2003, I was laid up for 2 weeks at home with bronchitis. When I saw a new internist in 2008, he recommended that I see Dr. Jacobson, because of the numerous sinus infections I was continuing to experience. Since I saw Dr. Jacobson he had provided me with the right treatments that let me live a life without concern of asthma and allergies for over 15 years. It has been life changing for me. Under Dr. Jacobson's care I ran 13 marathons and rode my bike hundreds of miles each year. I never experienced any breathing problems. Dr. Jacobson's practice has a boutique feel to it. He takes whatever time is needed to provide a diagnosis and gives me all the time that I need to ask questions. He thinks outside the box, does whatever research is necessary, and develops innovative solutions to help me get well. He has a tremendous office staff that is very warm and welcoming when you come into his office. To me it feels like family. I feel that I have been provided the very best care. I have recommended Dr. Jacobson to other people numerous times. Peter Waldman

Dr. Jacobson gave me a ton of attention, he listened to all of my concerns, and with his help, my sinus infection is cleared up. Dr. Jacobson was able to have tele health visits with me that saved me from taking time off of work and he was genuinly interested in helping me. Sometimes, he would get backed up with other patients but he always made time to call me with updates on ct scans and lab work. He went above and beyond what I have come to expect from doctors. Even though I no longer have a sinus infection and as it turns out my allergies are minimal, I will continue to see him if I have any sinus issues.

We have seen her once a year or twice a year for three years for my two son's various flu and other injuries. We are so grateful she is there. Please don't leave, Dr Kelly! If every provider were like her, our medical field would be serving all patients SO well. Here's why: She always thinks of everything without me even asking, from meds, to at home things to do, to a school note, without hesitation. She always makes a little bit of small talk with my sons, but it's like she really cares. Bonus: The place is clean, the front desk staff is friendly, calm and efficient. They smile and are efficient and great with insurance and I haven't ever received a crazy bill from them ever. The wait time has never exceeded 15 minutes. We are out within 45 min including payment and lab tests. I am not getting paid by them to say all this stuff LOL haha! I don't know anyone there either....but I just have to call out this example of urgent care DONE RIGHT. Dr Kara's-Hedrick, DNP, please always continue being the best urgent care provider we've seen!
