We have been using Infinity for 4 years now. When we bought our home, the owner, Byran, personally came out and measured and gave us a quote. He had excellent pricing, but more so than that, he was kind, honest and quick at getting us scheduled, ordered and installed. The installer was excellent and we have loved our coverings. Recently, we had issues with our dog running through our vertical blinds on our slider and she ruined about 6 slats. I called Bryan and he sent a technician out and fixed it right away, 4 years later! We had our shutters installed by Infinity just 2 days ago and they're perfect. We chose the hidden tilt and product recommended by Bryan is best I've seen. We've had E&J shutters at our old house and it wasn't bad but comparing the service of the 2, I definitely recommend Infinity. For E&J, they never installed the temporary shades as promised. Just bought a new house and the house came with shutters everywhere minus the sliding living room door. We got blinds from Infiniti window coverings and could not be happier!! We worked with Brian who clearly knows his stuff and truly just wants you to be a happy customer!! We got our blinds in about a month ago and we are even more please with them than when we first got them. We got the 3inch blinds with window frame. We wanted the plantation look but for 12 windows it was out of our budget. These blinds could not be any more perfect and fit in our budget! Bryan installed roller shades at my restaurant this morning. From the very beginning Bryan was promp, courteous, and professional. They even took the time to reposition the electric signs on my storefront even though I told him I would have someone else do it. They also stayed longer than they had to to test the shades. Great company! When I called for an estimate, Bryan made it out the same day and was very friendly. Definitely not pushy at all when it came to his sales. He helped me choose the blinds and roller shades he thought would look best. His quote was too good to pass on so I placed the order the same day. Bryan is a great guy with his customers ideas and best interest in mind. I'm out of his usual service are (Phoenix Metro) however he is willing to take my measurements and send me info on options. The reason I'm willing to go out of my local area to use his company is because my family and I have hung out with him on a person level and knowing that he's always been willing to help ANYONE out on what most of us hardworking busy people cherish (holiday weekends) and recreation. Working with Infinity Windows has been fantastic. When I sent an email over the weekend inquiring about having some window treatments installed, I was contacted within less than an hour to schedule an appointment for owner Bryan to come by the following week. Bryan was super helpful in laying out all my various options, pros and cons of each, estimated pricing and lead time to order. He was very quick to provide me a quote and quick to get my order in. As soon as my order was in, Bryan called to schedule a time to install within a couple of days. Installer came out and did a great job. Bryan stopped in to make sure everything looked great. We planned to leave curtains on two of the window where shutter were being installed but the curtain rod gave the appearance that either the shutters or curtains weren't balanced. Bryan checked and rechecked and once determined it was just the way the rod looked, I decided I would just remove the curtains all together. Bryan took care of that for me and filled in all the holes for me so I wouldn't have to do it myself. He even touched up the holes on the other three windows and slider where I had removed curtains rods earlier that morning. They cleaned up everything (even moved the furniture back that I moved for them for easier install) and the new treatments look fantastic!! I highly recommend Infinity Windows to anyone seeking out some window treatments. Prices were super reasonable, we received a quality product, exceptional services, and great workmanship.
