Tiffani V.

This was my first visit to Infinity Nail Spa. I arrived at 12:30 on a Wednesday afternoon. The wait was about an hour and a half. (I can't imagine what the weekend wait would be like!) My nail tech was very nice (forgot his name) and he did my nails EXACTLY as shown to him in the picture. Now they are a bit pricey compared to other salons with comparable work (would definitely be about $20-$25 less). However, I'm very satisfied with my nails and will most likely return in the future.

The image shows a hand with long, elaborately decorated nails featuring a marble design in pastel colors. The hand is resting on light gray pants, and part of a manicure station with tools and supplies is visible in the background. The setting suggests a nail salon environment.

Everyone is really friendly and super nice. They take care of you like a VIP. I see people complain about the prices but nails are luxury and you don't have to get them done, but if you do I think they are very fair considering I get long nails, ombré, designs, and color acrylic. If there is going to be a long wait they let you know to come back they are very considerate of your time. Brian is really great at executing the pictures and ideas I have and making them custom for me. I don't think I could ever get my nails done anywhere else either infinity nails or no nails!

I had a little time to kill before going to the airport, so I looked for the closest salon. This place hadn't had any reviews yet, but looked like a new building so I figured I would give it a shot. The woman stated it had been open since October. It was pretty busy because of Valentine's Day. The staff was super nice, and seemed like they already had a few regulars, because consumers were calling them by name and joking around. I got a gel manicure with a polish change. They had a wide variety of colors, soothing music on, and did a great job. I would definitely recommend.

Liz is incredible. Y'all are stuck with me, after today. I was sat within 5 minutes of walking in without an appointment, and Liz repaired and filled my set incredibly quickly and gently. We went with a gorgeous dark green marble, and though I forgot to even ask, she came back with some gold paint too, and said "green and gold always go". They're exactly what I wanted, and she provided effortless conversation in addition. Very clean place, everyone inside was friendly as well. The work speaks for itself.

Got my eyebrows done here, went over it twice with the wax (which you're not supposed to do, as it can burn the client and damage skin--they burnt me.) Also, they did them with one thicker than the other. edit: Coming back to say that now that my burn marks are almost healed (4 days later), my eyebrows are EXTREMELY uneven .

A person's hand displays manicured nails with various designs: some nails are painted solid light blue, others are nude with blue tips, and one nail features a black leaf pattern on a nude base. The background is an indoor setting with a gray wall and wooden flooring, slightly out of focus.

I've been coming to this nail shop for at least 6-8 months. I've been a loyal customer and have even referred people to them. Well this past service, 4 of my nails broke within 3 days of the service. The day that I noticed they were all broken, I called and explained it to Liz. She told me thats they could repair the ones that were broken. I wasn't able to come in that day because of their stupid hours. I came in Thursday and tried to switch technicians because I've only been seeing one tech since I started coming here. I tried to explain the situation to John and he basically told me that he will not do the service or give me any accommodations. He then proceeds to say "Maybe this isn't the right shop for you." I'm not the type of person to get loud or act out of my character but once he said that to me, it was like he was telling me to piss off. I will not be coming back here and will not be referring anyone else to this shop.

The waiting area is really cute, with white and blue decor. It makes you feel as if you've stepped inside a really chic salon. The waxing rooms were nice and clean and my waxer was friendly and sweet. The actual experience wasn't nearly as bad as I was expecting! It is in fact, considerably less painful than traditional hot waxing and the results were just as good. They also offer different membership packages, making it easy to keep treating yourself apriority.

On the day of my appointment, the staff made me feel at ease. They carefully explained the membership options and I wanted to first get through my appointment to see if I would like it. My appointment was with Elizabeth. I really enjoyed her and I feel like she explained the process really well and answered my questions. I told her my prior waxing horror stories and she made me feel really comfortable. She was very gentle and my waxing was really quick. I get the LA Brazilian and Liz is always very attentive. I ended up getting a membership and adding services. I am usually out of my appointment in about 15 minutes. The sugaring is far less painful and I do not have any bumps. I never have a long wait and they are also taking proper precautions with COVID-19. They check your temperature and you cannot sit in the lobby. You also have to wear a mask. I highly recommend visiting this location, as they are very friendly and provide stellar service.

Are you wondering why I gave one star? Honestly, Wheelhouse Salon deserves none, but that wasn't an…read moreoption. My experience here was extremely disappointing, aside from my initial consultation with Angelika on Oct. 20th. During the consult, I explained that my main goal was to blend my 3-month gray grow-out into something easier to maintain. I showed her photos of the soft gray-blended look I wanted, and she never once said it couldn't be achieved in one session. She filled out a laminated service card with the exact services and prices required, and I booked based on that information. On Oct. 28th, I arrived for the first color appointment. After reviewing the same photos again, Angelika brought over another stylist, and they decided to add a shadow root. When she finished, my hair looked nothing like what I asked for--I left with blue roots and barely any blonde. She apologized and said she'd fix it at my next scheduled appointment on Nov. 12, which included both the correction and a keratin treatment. Since she promised it would all be handled then, I trusted her. When checking out that day, I was charged $393.32--lower than the quote--but still tipped 20% because she said she planned to fix everything. My total came to $471.98. On Nov. 12th, I showed up expecting the correction and the keratin, as previously discussed. Instead, I was told I had to choose one service because she hadn't booked enough time. I chose the keratin since that's what she had scheduled. Afterward, while checking out, the front desk tried charging me $476 instead of the quoted $315, saying I "hadn't paid enough" at the first visit and they needed to collect an additional $40. This was never communicated. They removed one $40 error, but I still ended up paying $456.54. After realizing that I had now spent over $900 and still didn't have anything close to the color I asked for, I messaged Angelika directly through the contact card she provided. She read the message but never replied. When I called the salon to review the charges, another error was found and I was refunded $48.29--even though their written policies state they "don't offer refunds." It was clear I had been overcharged multiple times. I reached out again to clarify my Dec. 1 correction appointment. The salon later texted me saying Angelika felt she only owed me a base color and blow-dry, and that I would have to pay for the foil and toner--another $274. This would have pushed the total cost of this disaster to well over $1,200. They also claimed that my desired gray-blended look takes multiple sessions, something never mentioned in the consult or at any point before taking my money. Angelika had expressed total confidence that she could achieve the look. At this point, nothing made sense. How can stylists turn dark brown hair into pink, purple, or blue in a single appointment, yet somehow blending soft gray tones supposedly requires multiple expensive sessions? Either they lack the skill or they are price-gouging. I'm sharing this to save others from the time, money, and frustration I experienced. Always take a photo of the laminated service card--they rely on it, and you should too. My before photo, the inspiration photos I provided, and the results I left with were not remotely aligned. My 3-month gray grow-out is gone, and I paid nearly a thousand dollars for a result I never asked for.
