I highly recommend to come in the daytime to avoid crowds, but the night time is full-on with some live actors and more lively action!!! It was super packed this year and honestly it was my first time coming by due to finding it online. You can take good photos here if you get good angles since there's a lot of good Halloween backdrops. Owners did a great job and you can really see the passion in the decorations and even the acting. I love the history of Burbank and its affiliation with most of the movies ever made on the big screen. Full of famous people, from actors, to producers, etc. I was just a few days away from signing a lease on an office space at Universal when a good friend recommended a Film Studio in the Heart of Burbank, on Burbank Blvd. I was introduce to the buildings owners and I was then taken on an exciting tour of the 8000 square foot building. The walk through was unexplainable. As a Film Producer of 13.5 years I have never been so inspired to be surrounded by so many other creative people. This location is just over flowing with abundance and good vibes. The Energy at 4000 West is unlike any others. Every day there is something being filmed, acted, taught, and produced that an average tenant can have the opportunity to get involved in some major projects that could lead to other film projects. I would not consider any other location after being here since March 1, 2019. This location boasts a large CYC. It houses a Multipurpose room for a film set. It has a Theater style room being remodeled into a screening room. Also featuring a large conference room and multiple office spaces for short and long term rentals. I am very pleased to say I am part of the family at 4000 West and I would like to encourage others to just make an appointment and witness the production vibe I felt the day I walked in here. It will change your life.

I got wind of Circus of Nightmares last years and I enjoyed every minute of it. It is more than a haunted house, it is an experience! With a circus theme, wonderful displays, music, lights! On certain dates they have clown performers who come out for shows at certain times and scare you! That being said, it isn't that scary, all ages welcomed! Check out their social media for precise information, they are good about updates! I stopped by this year to enjoy the creepy circus again, a few decor changes, same kind of fun, carnival atmosphere and scary clowns! Free, donations welcome! Kudos to everyone involved for bringing Halloween fun to us and giving us wonderful, inexpensive options to enjoy the scares of the season!

Trippy's energy radiates through a screen and I was immediately interested in being coached by him. I had my first lesson last night and WOW!!!!! I left the studio so giddy and excited. I am TERRIBLE at pole but it has become so addicting for me and trippy made me feel so comfortable about my skill level and allowed me to feel safe in my space. Since I've done all the research for this, -no, you will not find a better coach for a better price anywhere near here. Trust me. To be fair, I go to the other studio because it's quite literally .5 minutes walking distance from my house and they offer open pole (so does this place) so it allows me to practice what I've learned with trippy on a regular basis. It is a beautiful venue. Despite all of their earlier confirmations, the venue later declined my booking and claimed the date was unavailable, even though they had repeatedly assured me it was open. When I asked about alternative dates, they said they'd get back to me and never followed up. This forced me to completely rearrange my event on short notice. On top of that, the way I was treated in person felt noticeably different from how they spoke to or interacted with other clients. This made me feel unwelcome and singled out, which no customer should ever experience. Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistency, and unprofessional behavior made this a very disappointing experience. I genuinely hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they treat prospective clients and handle bookings.
