He's got all the equipment and software necessary to convert your tapes DVD's you name it. The place is clean and tidy and he is extremely thorough and explaining the process and lays the price of each service out for you and makes sure there are no gray areas. He converted 6 vhs tapes to dvd and provided me with mp4 files on a usb as well (extra charge but worth it) I'm very satisfied with Wayne's work.
