Full of famous people, from actors, to producers, etc. I was just a few days away from signing a lease on an office space at Universal when a good friend recommended a Film Studio in the Heart of Burbank, on Burbank Blvd. I was introduce to the buildings owners and I was then taken on an exciting tour of the 8000 square foot building. The walk through was unexplainable. As a Film Producer of 13.5 years I have never been so inspired to be surrounded by so many other creative people. This location is just over flowing with abundance and good vibes. The Energy at 4000 West is unlike any others. Every day there is something being filmed, acted, taught, and produced that an average tenant can have the opportunity to get involved in some major projects that could lead to other film projects. I would not consider any other location after being here since March 1, 2019. This location boasts a large CYC. It houses a Multipurpose room for a film set. It has a Theater style room being remodeled into a screening room. Also featuring a large conference room and multiple office spaces for short and long term rentals. I am very pleased to say I am part of the family at 4000 West and I would like to encourage others to just make an appointment and witness the production vibe I felt the day I walked in here. Free parking but it does get packed since many people also park here to access the hiking trails next to the library. This is a beautiful library and many people do come here to study as I noticed most tables were filled. However, there is a loud buzzing sound from the lights but I guess it becomes background white noise if you are used to it. Portraits of Mr. and Mrs. Brand, their family and how the library was are on the library walls so you can learn more about how it all started. The art gallery this time around has an exhibit from Thinkspace, featuring artwork of over 70 artists, on now until March 29, 2025. I really enjoyed the art pieces and took photos of the ones that really impressed me. The grounds features Brand Park, the Japanese tea house (closes early like 3pm), Doctor's House, which is a historical house, and a couple of hiking trails. Overall, a cool place to check out and just 15 minutes away north from downtown Glendale if you need to grab a bite to eat.

I am TERRIBLE at pole but it has become so addicting for me and trippy made me feel so comfortable about my skill level and allowed me to feel safe in my space. To be fair, I go to the other studio because it's quite literally .5 minutes walking distance from my house and they offer open pole (so does this place) so it allows me to practice what I've learned with trippy on a regular basis. On top of that, the way I was treated in person felt noticeably different from how they spoke to or interacted with other clients. This made me feel unwelcome and singled out, which no customer should ever experience. Overall, the lack of communication, inconsistency, and unprofessional behavior made this a very disappointing experience. I genuinely hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they treat prospective clients and handle bookings.

They force you to communicate via email and take 2-3 days to respond. After two weeks of trying to resolve a simple issue, I said goodbye. I also know for a fact that they have left building obligations that were still under lease and stopped paying the mortgage on the building they own in SF. WeWork will not last the next 12 months. The actual staff that work at this location are nice and I love them. I just wish the company they worked for actually cared about their clients.
