I came home and cleaned my seats with an at home carpet cleaner. The dirt I pulled out of my seats made the water just dirty brown. I brought it back in and nothing was better. I paid 247.00 to get my car vacuumed and wiped down. Not impressed at All When you expect a professional to clean you car I would think that they would take pride in their work. Management had a invisible log chain accross apparent driveway entry into wash area which took paint and clear coat off hood up to windshield areas. Repair bids starting at over $450. 'Manager' lawyer student arguing dood spent over an hour accusing me of bad driving even though the problem was negligent use of non signage and virtually invisible log chain below eyesight level accross driveway into main car wash area. No doubt I'll have to eat the damages but hopefully others might be warned to choose another option in the city that gives a crap about safety on property and customer relations better than the self serving manager-lawStudent I had to deal with Customers BEWARE!!

They were either closed or they said it would be days until we could get the simple repair done. We needed to get the driveway plowed, as my parents were completely trapped. Almost out of options, I called Karl at Freedom Field Repair and he offered to come and meet me the next morning.
