I was originally proud of thinking of this local, small business as a quick stop to pick up cards or a comic for my son- which he has already asked to back this am- one day after first going. So my original thought was true, but then I became hooked after perusing the Game of Thrones comic book series. And then after talking about how covid delayed the reprint of the 1982 French comic book Le Transperceneige (original content source for the 2013 movie and 2020 tv series snowpiercer) - I know I will be back when that becomes available. I can tell you that this store is huge, neatly set up, and boasts an ungodly amount of comics, collectibles, figurines, toys, games, cards, books, posters (check out the very foxy Supergirl) across the pop culture spectrum of movies, television, comic books, super heroes & villains. They even have a small sports card section, so every branch of the Nerd Tree is represented here! They don't have a website, but have a Facebook page on their business card, which I included as a photo.

I then bought another 18 comic book full set for $15 and with 2 missing books (that was clearly marked as missing) and I found the other 2 online, so now I have the full set, and it only cost me $24 in all - you can't beat these prices. I'm not looking for comic books that are in perfect condition, although, most that I have received are in great condition and inside protective sleeves. I'm 54 years young and enjoying being able to buy full sets of of the classics. Great store, and I can't wait to buy my next full series.

A few other reviewers seem to have the same thoughts about that. When someone walks in the door it's a toss up if you'll get Harvey or Two-Face. Most of the time it's the latter. Or should we discuss how you put RFK Jr. campaign flyers in your customers' bags and then badger them about his policies? Or how a simple question about moving turns into a political debate with you? How about how you allow a gaggle of idiots to stand around your store cursing while children are present as you laugh along? And the only reason you stopped was because your wife said something to you? Would you like me to continue?

From current stuff to old to indie. The selection is deep. They have a few long boxes of $1 comics and a few magazine size boxes (I cleared out their old Epic Magazines in one trip), a few walls of games and a solid selection of statues/figures. They also get in some great books, like Illustrators and Illustration (two separate publications), which you usually have to find online/buy direct. All in all, a great place to stop by and dig around!

Not one person greeted me when I walked in (which to an extent is a huge pet peeve of mine). What made it worse was eventually an employee (I believe the owner) looked me right in the eyes and didn't say anything and just ignored me. They had some good comics hanging on the wall and stuff seemed fairly priced. But honestly customer service and feeling welcomed goes much farther to me as a customer. If I don't feel welcomed or wanted then why would I bother wanting to give you my money? I'm not sure how people stay in business when they're not social with their customers.
