Very disappointed. Edging was done last summer and the 2nd sealant coat was never done. I called to schedule it and was told due to weather conditions it could not be done at that time. Totally understand. However it was never done at all and when my husband called now, we were told it was too late and we would be charged. Poor customer service. read more

These guys wouldn't be a bad company if they returned phone calls!!!!! From the get go it's been nothing but attempt after attempt trying to get a hold of this company. I should have went with someone else and spared the aggravation. Also, when they came back to put a second coat of sealer on they completely over-sprayed all of our rocks which we are not too happy about!!! After a week of trying to get ahold of Frank to discuss both issues he finally called and his response to these issues was that "he had nothing to say" and then hung up on me!! Unbelievable! To say that he is unprofessional is an under statement. I knew I should of trusted my gut and went with someone else. Our edging project went perfectly from start to finish. Frank responded promptly when we first contacted him and provided us with a bid. He was very helpful with explaining various options and patient with us when we had difficulty making a final decision on the color and pattern. On the day of the install, Frank and his crew showed up early and had most of the work completed by midday. They were very efficient, and careful to protect our existing landscape while doing the install. It was threatening to rain, and they took precautions to cover the finished edging with plastic to protect it, and also cleaned up the yard very well before leaving. Our new edging looks great -- we are very pleased and highly recommend this company. We will be calling them back for another project next year. read more

We had such a wonderful experience with Infinite Edging. They were quick to respond and set a date to come out to do an estimate. The estimate was fast and complete. He checked every area and came up with a plan to make it as affordable as possible but also look great. We had an idea that it would be cheaper to do one section at a time but realized after speaking with the team, that it would be most cost effective to do it in one go. We were able to schedule easily for a couple of weeks out. When the team came, it was awesome to see. They had several workers and it happened so quickly. They pulled out the old metal edging and prepped the area. Then they go to work laying the new edging. Our yard looks amazing. We have had neighbors that we haven't even met yet walk over and tell us how much BETTER our yard looks now. We are so proud our home and how our yard looks thanks to Infinite Edging. read more

I would stay far away from this company as possible. I had them out to do the work which they completed in a timely manner. Upon returning to the house after work and reviewed their work I noticed that the 50% of the backyard that they pour wasn't in a straight line like it was suppose to be per my existing edging. We called the owner and talked to him and he told us that yes he though it looked weird and agreed to come out to fix it withing 72 hours. Well he came out to fix their screw up and when he was done decided to hand me a bill for almost 500.00 to redo it. Obviously I didn't pay him as he confirmed on the phone they screwed up but I want to make everyone aware that if you want it done right from the start this isn't the company you want to hire. read more

This company is excellent! I called three different companies, one gave me a quote over e-mail and then never showed up. The other company wanted to work off the other quotes and not write up anything. Infinite Edging answered my call, made an appointment to do an estimate, showed up on time and gave me examples of their work, along with color choices. We set up a date and time to get the work done. The crew came on time and finished in just a few hours. The work looks fantastic! It has been three months now and I am still happy. Neighbors have also complimented me on how nice it looks. I would recommend paying the little bit extra for more expansion joints, it makes the concrete look more like individual stones. Also, this is the only outfit that put stainless steel cable as reinforcement in the concrete. This was no extra cost to me, but I know that when there is a small crack in one of the expansion joints, it will not rust any steel and cause more deterioration. We're sorry that we only can give 5 stars to this business, it's a perfect 10 as far as our experience went with them! We met Frank 2 years ago when they were installing concrete edging at a neighbor's home, but we weren't quite ready at the time to get edging installed, so we waited until this week to get it done. Frank and his crew laid 550 linear feet of edging front and back yards and did a standing planter that looks amazing now! Frank and every one of his crew is SO courteous, answered every question we had. They never stopped for work breaks, no fooling around at all, everyone was busy all the time. And they cleaned up far beyond my expectations, like they were never even here. We've worked with a number of contractors over the past 40 years and can say that Frank was heads above every one of them when it came to fairness, organization, quality of work, and a pleasant experience overall. After checking with a couple other companies and reading reviews, we choose Infinite Edging. We initially planned on just putting in a border to separate our lawn from the wild grass on our 5 acres. But it looked so good we put an edge around the garden and all the flower beds. Frank and his team are very professional and hard working. Price for the work was competitive with other companies. They warned me about plants that should be moved when they removed the metal edging. They removed all the old edging and cleaned up any loose concrete or dirt. The edging looks really good. I called them a few months ago for an estimate on edging. Since I knew how much I needed he gave me a quick quote over the phone. Our landscaping plans changed and I needed a new estimate. They showed up a day after I called them and took measurements. The price per foot they quoted me the second time around was higher than the initial quote, but he adjusted it right away and without any "huffing and puffing". They installed concrete edging in our front yard on 08/13/2016. Owner came out with his crew around the time we initially scheduled. Very friendly people, even asking for permission to use my water hose. They were done in about 2 1/2 hours, working constantly. Except for some little concrete clumps, they cleaned up after they were done. They rounded some of the corners instead of a sharp angle and it looks so much better. They did create 2 almost 90 degrees corners and even that came out. Right after they left, some of our neighbors were already complementing the result. It looks stunning!
