Just left from my second visit here. Ordered multiple pizzas and a burger. The burger was cooked to medium rare. Server was quick to send it back. In return i received the same burger reheated to death absent any of the toppings. The pizzas were undercooked with very doughy crust. Toppings were ok. Service was fantastic. The athmosphere was outstanding and drinks were very cold. I hope the food quality rises to the atmosphere. This place has amazing potential but a ways to go. Went there for a late lunch. Sat inside where tables were. Lean and staff was very attentive and friendly. Ordered pizza since I saw a great looking wood fire oven. Not from the area so the name automatically pulled me in. There was a show going on that night so it was a little of a wait to get in due to high volume inside. The manager however was very sweet and tried to get us seated as urgently as she could. I read about the reviews of tacos being amazing so I decided to spring for that. When I received my fish tacos I got a less than ok meal. My tortillas were cold and fish had tasted as it had been sitting out for a while before I got it. They only had a cabbage type mix for the tacos but no salsa. The tacos themselves were pretty bland and lacked flavor and substance. Very disappointed in those. read more

This place had a cool vibe to it and there is a lot of potential but the food was just fair, salad w/dressing was just ok and the large pizza we ordered was the smallest large pizza I've ever had, I thought I had become a giant overnight or something. I came to the Imperial valley for work. Not too stoked to be out in the middle of the desert with not much going on. I was worried that my meals would be limited to fast food and continental breakfast at my hotel. Luckily, I stumbled on this gem the first night. Only 2 minutes away from my hotel, I was excited to see they had a variety of local beers, excellent menu, and great ingredients. I came here all 3 nights I was in town, and wasn't disappointed. I will say, my spinach salad wasn't anything to write home about college but that bison burger and cold beer was delish. If there was a way to split the ratings for service and food, I would give the service a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, the food took away the luster. I ordered a pull pork sandwich and a couple of a Stella's and was worried when the sandwich came out so quick. It was smothered with bbq sauce and I ate about 3/4, had my brews, and some fries. Before I made it back to my hotel I felt sick to my stomach and was on my knees throwing up by the time I made it to my room. I was sick for the next 2 hrs until passing out til morning. No doubt I picked up food poisoning. Most likely from the pork. The funny thing is while I was eating, I noticed a cook on his cell phone the entire time he was making a pizza. Never washed his hands while holding his phone and putting stuff on the pizza! Yuck!!! Then there was what looked like one of the owners slapping employees in the butt, goofing off, running servers shoulders etc... just a trip to watch someone make his staff very uncomfortable. I understand there are new owners here but I won't hold any hope that they get it together. This was my third and last time to Inferno. So sad since it should be a good spot for dining. read more

Great place with the best customer service! They had some of the best wings I've ever had and awesome craft beer. Whenever I'm in Brawley I always stop by for great food and get greeted by the hard working staff. There's an outside patio area with benches to enjoy the nice days and cool evenings. We decided to treat ourselves for lunch. I only had 40 minutes to spare before I head to get back to work. Ordered two meals a salad with strawberries and a hamburger with a side of a salad. The first thing is that I would have expected both meals to arrive at the same time. It's a good thing they didn't at least four my spouse. My hamburger did not arrive before I had to leave to go back to work. I asked for it to go with blue cheese dressing for my salad. Got to work a block away and discovered that the dressing was of Unknown Origin but certainly not the blue cheese that was ordered. I did not realize I needed so much time for a hamburger. Firstly, I'd like to thank Inferno for providing a casual yet refined atmosphere for the Imperial Valley! I had the carnitas pizza, and me being the pizza aficionado I am, loved every bite of it! I really like the Inferno. They have good food there. I would like to see more meat-less dishes on their menu. Their Pizza is great and their salads are fresh. My friends that do eat meat, were very happy with the food they ordered. The acoustics aren't too good, its a bit noisy. I've been twice and got their pizza both times. Its cooked in a brick oven. Their pizza tastes great. It is very thin and the crust is great due to the brick oven. A big eater can easily finish a whole pizza. Two smaller eaters share a pizza. Kind of expensive, $16.60 for a 4 topping pizza. They have a few signature pizzas on the menu, maybe they are cheaper. I tasted my wife's BBQ wings and they make a homemade BBQ sauce that is awesome, the BBQ wings tasted awesome. read more

Was a pleasant atmosphere and the service was excellent. My wife had a pizza which she said was very good. I had the infernal burger it was OK. It wasn't bad it just need more flavor to it. Good food. Bad customer service over the phone. Instead of putting the customer first, I received neutral statements that weren't helpful. We ordered SO much food and one meal was missing, as well as utensils, so we called them back. They wanted me to order the meal again OR come to their restaurant for a refund even though we're 30 min away. The whole point of delivery is to deliver and not to pay AGAIN. If someone orders a lot of food from you, honor the service by saying "we will refund that immediately and send a new meal to you right now." Not "well, you need to go through the local delivery app again because we don't deliver from the restaurant", which means I would be paying again and then waiting 30-40 minutes for one dish and utensils. Made reservation for a party of 16 (5 out of 16 are children under 3). I was told that I had two options tables or two long benches; so I reserved the tables so our party can utilize the highchairs for the kiddos. Upon arriving to the place prior to the time scheduled, I noticed that our tables were not available to us and was told that the manager decided he was going to give us the long bench table, which if we had no kids I would've understood but Really, I would have appreciated a call to advise me of the change. Since we drove 25mins to the place and everyone was there we stayed and hoped for the best. I noticed that the place was slow and asked if it was possible once one of the guests left if we could move to the tables..and I was told that the manager wanted to give a chance to other customers...we took an hour and not one new party came in. I can't say nothing negative about the food since everyone was pleased, except for the chicken alfredo could've had a little bit more flavor. The service started slow but after seeing only 1 or 2 waiters on shift for the night, I guess anyone can understand that. At the end of our stay, I was glad that we all were able to enjoy our food despite of the switcharoo. The vibe of this restaurant is cozy and clean. The staff are friendly. Went there for the first time last week and have been there for two other celebrations. Each group I have been with compliment the food, staff decor and the prices. The food tastes like it is prepared to certain standards and not just thrown together hoping for something good. I have had the pizza twice and everyone at todays party had a different burger and all were excellent and satisfying. The french fry appetizer with the galic andouille sauce was amazing as well! Came here for dinner last night and left very impressed. The food was excellent, service was attentive and friendly, and I thought the pricing was just about right. I had the buffalo chicken burger with a side salad. The buffalo sauce was perfect with just the right amount of heat. The older I get, the more I like to enjoy a salad with my sandwich (as opposed to fries) but at many places the salad is overlooked and just added to the plate as an afterthought. Not at Inferno. The salad had a healthy amount of mixed greens with tomato, cucumber, and a tasty champagne dressing. My colleague and I also split the fried ice cream which was delicious. After a nearly 40 minute wait they arrived. At $14.95 my first impulse was to ask, "you brought the meal right, not the appetizer" To say the portion was nano-sized was an overstatement. The place seems very hit or miss with people, and for us it was a giant miss. Came here with my in laws while they were in town because my sister in law loooves it here. It was mine and my husband's first visit and we were not impressed. Service was incredibly slow and there weren't a lot of people in the restaurant, maybe 2 other tables, with 2-3 people at each. I ordered a cheese pizza, and it tasted like something I was given from the cafeteria in grade school; cold, flavorless, and gross looking. My husband got a burger and he wasn't impressed either. My father in law said they had come before with my SIL and he said each time had been lackluster and expensive.
