I tried that Jacqueline D, got into a sparing match with your Area Manager Justin Reevers, instead of working with me, or affording me the professional courtesy of a conversation.... he made the decision to terminate my lease and tried to put me in collections for the next 4 months. A real manager would have come to the table, had a conversation, instead of coming to the table, he was RUDE, and very UNPROFESSIONAL! I visited 3 other sites AND NOT 1 women of color. Your company DOES NOT SUPPORT DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION. Took over 20k from me during the pandemic and then did NOT support me as a member!! #WeWork lost their profit share because of this kind of thing, do good business and be respectful of the people you enter into agreements with. Support them ALL, not just the ones that look like you! YOU CANT IGNORE ME AND TAKE MY MONEY THEN ILLEGALLY LOCK ME OUT! It's illegal and you should be ashamed; this is a highly volatile time and treating people of color like this is appalling!!!! read more

Really fantastic place for co-working. This has a few extra perks than some of the other co-working places I have viewed. One is they offer meals and snacks. A lot of co-working places provide small snacks, but this one offers real food. They also have food trucks that will come several days a week and are close to many restaurants. The private offices are very small, and the privacy stripping on the glass is the bare minimum. That was the deal-breaker for my husband. All I'm working workspace will have smaller offices, so I would not make this a deal killer for me, but that with the privacy was the primary issue. Parking is going to be something they charge for as well, so keep that in mind. read more

I've been working at this location since it's May 2019 and I absolutely love it. I'm already dreading once my startup outgrows the space because we're honestly so spoiled. We have super convenient parking with catered breakfast each morning. Sometimes items like quiche or waffle bars or the basics like boiled eggs bagels and yogurt. It's one less thing you have to think about in the morning and makes for a pleasant start to the day. I personally don't drink coffee but people rave about the coffee machine too and all of the extras we have to personalize your mug. There's also a tea bar as well! For lunch there's always a variety of food trucks and communal seating if you want to mix and mingle with your team or meet other professionals who work on the campus. If you can find the time there's also courts to play basketball. Lastly Rachael always has fun and unique snack times ( unless it's snack nation which I don't prefer) but she's done fun things like Mac n cheese bar, game day snacks, movie snacks, etc. plus every Thursday there's happy hour at 4. I cannot say enough good things about this location! From the moment I walked up to the building I fell in love. This space is gorgeous with ample space, large windows and amazing detail. The space is beautiful, lots of different work options, and it has a wonderful outside area (with Hammocks!) Free coffee, sodas, hydration station, breakfast that changes daily, and a snack everyday from 2:00-4:00pm! There is a kitchen area to store/reheat food from home. Bathrooms are kept really tidy. There are also tons of good options to go out & eat or grab food from the food trucks nearby. The staff that work there though are truly exceptional (especially Rachel!). Very poor management. I signed all required paperwork and tried to visit the office many times in person in order to pay my bill. By the time I finally got ahold of someone, the current manager, Justin, said I wouldn't be a "good fit" for their community. I had money, in-hand, to give these people and they wouldn't take it. I was unsure about moving into a shared work environment and researched and toured all of the WeWorks in the Culver City, Playa, SM area - and then we found Industrious. Man oh man. The. Best. Industrious in Playa District is amazing. The outside area is massive with hammocks, seating and games (ping pong, pool, etc) dotting the campus. The top floor shared office space is equally great. Two large common areas with a stocked kitchen. Breakfast and snacks served everyday with coffee, water and soda. Wifi is fast and private. I tested a couple WeWorks before being at industrious and honestly it's not even close. It's a little bit extra but your money goes a lot further. There's even food trucks downstairs every day at noon. You can set up shop and have everything you need for the day. I love it. read more
