Been working here since June 1st. Fantastic staff, excellent decor, and a great place to get out of the home and feel productive. Plus, they have breakfast and snacks! I cannot emphasize how happy this makes me. It's a solid place to come and get stuff done. Great location right off the freeway, as well. read more

I tried that Jacqueline D, got into a sparing match with your Area Manager Justin Reevers, instead of working with me, or affording me the professional courtesy of a conversation.... he made the decision to terminate my lease and tried to put me in collections for the next 4 months. A real manager would have come to the table, had a conversation, instead of coming to the table, he was RUDE, and very UNPROFESSIONAL! I visited 3 other sites AND NOT 1 women of color. Your company DOES NOT SUPPORT DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION. Took over 20k from me during the pandemic and then did NOT support me as a member!! #WeWork lost their profit share because of this kind of thing, do good business and be respectful of the people you enter into agreements with. Support them ALL, not just the ones that look like you! YOU CANT IGNORE ME AND TAKE MY MONEY THEN ILLEGALLY LOCK ME OUT! It's illegal and you should be ashamed; this is a highly volatile time and treating people of color like this is appalling!!!! read more

Really fantastic place for co-working. This has a few extra perks than some of the other co-working places I have viewed. One is they offer meals and snacks. A lot of co-working places provide small snacks, but this one offers real food. They also have food trucks that will come several days a week and are close to many restaurants. The private offices are very small, and the privacy stripping on the glass is the bare minimum. That was the deal-breaker for my husband. All I'm working workspace will have smaller offices, so I would not make this a deal killer for me, but that with the privacy was the primary issue. Parking is going to be something they charge for as well, so keep that in mind. read more

I've been working at this location since it's May 2019 and I absolutely love it. I'm already dreading once my startup outgrows the space because we're honestly so spoiled. We have super convenient parking with catered breakfast each morning. Sometimes items like quiche or waffle bars or the basics like boiled eggs bagels and yogurt. It's one less thing you have to think about in the morning and makes for a pleasant start to the day. I personally don't drink coffee but people rave about the coffee machine too and all of the extras we have to personalize your mug. There's also a tea bar as well! For lunch there's always a variety of food trucks and communal seating if you want to mix and mingle with your team or meet other professionals who work on the campus. If you can find the time there's also courts to play basketball. Lastly Rachael always has fun and unique snack times ( unless it's snack nation which I don't prefer) but she's done fun things like Mac n cheese bar, game day snacks, movie snacks, etc. plus every Thursday there's happy hour at 4. The place is beautiful and the staff is so nice it feels like an extension of our team. I can't stress enough how much I love working out of Industrious Playa District read more

Industrious Playa District is an amazing coworking space. The ammenities, staff and common spaces are top tier. The best perk is the ability to utilize Industrious' network of offices when traveling domestically. I've been able to utilize several of their spaces when traveling to major cities like Chicago and Boston. Industrious is highly recommended. read more

Industrious has provided an amazing atmosphere to get any job done. Beautifully designed with warm friendly staff, snacks for days, and care when following covid guidelines to keep everyone safe. Work from home got just a luxurious upgrade. The campus is also what sold me. I love the indoor/outdoor options. There is wifi outdoors also so you never miss a beat...or a meeting. My coworkers always ask me what virtual background I have, and I just say I'm at Industrious! Thanks to Natalie, Rachel, Lorena, and Matt for being the best community managers! read more

Can't say enough good things about this gorgeous co-working space. The offices are gorgeous. Large community space for when you need a change of scenery. Breakfast and incredible snacks are served daily. All the sodas, coffee and sparking water you can drink. Ample parking, clean bathrooms, and abundance of stylish conference rooms for client meetings. There is nothing that Industrious Playa lacks. This location is on a campus with a gym, fire pits and hammocks. Exercise classes are offered daily. The employees here, Rachel, Natalie, Tracy, Christian and Justin make you feel like family. Industrious - Snack Time!! - Shared Office Spaces Near Me - Los Angeles, California

We have been at industrious for a couple of months now, and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect, the amenities are great and the design absolutely beautiful. What sets it apart for us is the attention to detail and the genuine partnership. We recently landed a big deal, and I had casually mentioned it to the staff. I found this beautiful bag, with rosé and a sweet note congratulating us. This is partnership. I appreciate it so much, that they would take the time to celebrate with us. At the end of the day, make the place you work beautiful, functional, and have the people cheerlead your work. That's the industrious way. Well done, Matt & Natalie. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this location! From the moment I walked up to the building I fell in love. This space is gorgeous with ample space, large windows and amazing detail. The space is beautiful, lots of different work options, and it has a wonderful outside area (with Hammocks!) Free coffee, sodas, hydration station, breakfast that changes daily, and a snack everyday from 2:00-4:00pm! There is a kitchen area to store/reheat food from home. Bathrooms are kept really tidy. There are also tons of good options to go out & eat or grab food from the food trucks nearby. The staff that work there though are truly exceptional (especially Rachel!). So genuinely nice, hardworking, and welcoming. Overall, its a fantastic work space. Great vibes, creative people, excellent facilities and friendly staff. read more

Very poor management. I signed all required paperwork and tried to visit the office many times in person in order to pay my bill. By the time I finally got ahold of someone, the current manager, Justin, said I wouldn't be a "good fit" for their community. I had money, in-hand, to give these people and they wouldn't take it. Good riddance. I hope they find better management. read more

This place is a hidden gem! We were so impressed with the space and decor we could not wait to move in. Our team loves the amenities like access to food trucks, a pool table downstairs, gym, and of course the farmers market on Thursdays just to name a few. I love that it's dog friendly and the entrepreneurial vibe of the whole place. The staff is INCREDIBLE. Super friendly, helpful, and welcomes you with a warm smile every day. I work for a small digital marketing agency and we just moved into this new Industrious location - and - WOW.... it. friggin' ROCKS. I was unsure about moving into a shared work environment and researched and toured all of the WeWorks in the Culver City, Playa, SM area - and then we found Industrious. Man oh man. The. Best. I gotta say, Industrious and its staff - do. it. right. Upscale, boutique, clean, extremely well-managed, safe, excellent community managers and campus staff with amenities that make our workdays SOOOOOOOOO enjoyable. Food, beverages, office supplies, comfortable rooms and offices, the gym, great parking, access to shops and restaurants - and conducive to productivity, excellent networking opportunities and a positive work atmosphere. Private, secure, awesome. Love, love, love. Industrious Playa and staff are as good as it gets. Check it out. You won't be disappointed. read more

Great location, ample parking, with a selection of restaurants right across the street. As a district, the hammocks outside, open areas and wi-fi in courtyard is hard to beat. Just going to say it: Industrious is everything that WeWork promises to be, only better! Free breakfast and snacks provided every day, beautiful, well-kept spaces, breathtaking views- what's not to love? The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating (shout out to Rachael), and set up lots of great events throughout the week- raffles, food trucks, happy hours, farmer's markets. The space feels luxurious and beautiful, the pups are plentiful, and there is always creamer stocked for coffee- am I even at work? read more

Gosh, it's only been 2 weeks and my company made the best decision switching over to co-work spaces at Industrious Playa District. I absolutely love working here. There is so much open space to work alone--if you are into that-- or, with others, in the common areas on the main floor or outside. It is an amazing place to network and just converse with like-minded individuals. From the minute you walk into the building you are just in awe of how the design maximizes space. You are at peace and honestly with the amount of work I do daily, all I want is just open space with good energy! The space makes a smaller company feel big :) I actually look forward to coming to work each day and coming into the office, is OPTIONAL for me!!! read more

Industrious in Playa District is amazing. The outside area is massive with hammocks, seating and games (ping pong, pool, etc) dotting the campus. The top floor shared office space is equally great. Two large common areas with a stocked kitchen. Breakfast and snacks served everyday with coffee, water and soda. Wifi is fast and private. I tested a couple WeWorks before being at industrious and honestly it's not even close. It's a little bit extra but your money goes a lot further. There's even food trucks downstairs every day at noon. You can set up shop and have everything you need for the day. I love it. read more

WeWork who? This is by far one of these best co-working places I've ever been and worked at. The staff here is unbelievably amazing.
