I've been in the Culver City/Jefferson building for many years. Management goes out of their way to accommodate tenant needs and provide top-quality workspaces. It's worth mentioning that these are really nice modern spaces. The staff are all friendly and do their best to meet your needs too. I was interested to see Mike R.'s review since he only gave it 2 stars and have to comment that he must be discussing another location in his review that is filled with many inaccuracies. Mike commented on a "strange fellow" to describe the maintenance guy. I don't know who he is referring to. They are all helpful. Mike also commented on a homeless encampment on the other side of the wall. Again, I don't know what he is talking about. It is Culver City, so yes, there are homeless people in the area. Not an encampment. I've walked from the office to the parking lot on numerous occasions late at night and felt safe. The area is well-lit and close to condominium complexes and businesses that are also well-lit and operational during the day and at night. Our company recently moved into these offices for a short-term project-based rental. Jeannette, Paula, Lisette, Edwin, and the entire crew have been so helpful and welcoming during our move-in. The team is exceptionally responsive--any question or request is handled quickly and professionally. Everyone we've interacted with has been warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping us succeed. They care about creating a positive environment for their tenants. The offices themselves are clean, well-maintained, and very aesthetically pleasing. The location is also hard to beat - it's right on Venice Blvd and there's a wealth of shops and restaurants nearby to peruse. We moved in on a very short turnaround and Jeannette was able to have the entire space painted and new kitchen appliances installed in the very short timeframe prior to our move-in date. Conducting business at eOffices has been the best. The quality of the office is superb, the building in general is professional, clean and safe. I can have 3-4 zoom meetings everyday without any outside noise. I have a small office and love the fact that I can control the lighting easily depending on my working mood: low light or super bright. The office comes equipped with a modern desk, lamp, phone, glass writing board and filing cabinets. There is also high speed internet. There really is nothing else I could need to work that is not provided. Oh, and if I'm ever in a rush and don't bring my coffee to the office with me? No problem! I've been a tenant at eoffices for a little over three years now and have had nothing short of an excellent time leasing space here. I run a small therapy practice and have had savory experiences interacting with the office staff, from Lisette at the front desk to Paula in management. They work on site which means any time there is something that needs attention, it gets addressed almost immiedately. The management is highly professional and it shows in how much pride they take in the building. I rented an office from eOffices for my therapy practice. I moved 3 months after the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. I have only positive things to say about my experience as a tenant there, (including a reasonable rent) as well as that of my clients. Management and front desk staff were exceptionally supportive and accommodating from the beginning until these days, when I occasionally still receive correspondence at my former office adress. The building is kept really clean at all times, and for what I saw, they keep strict disinfecting and safety measures in regards to Covid-19. almost never write reviews, but in this case I am very grateful. I've been a tenant at E-Offices for over 6 years, and I couldn't be happier. The management, support staff, and other services in the building are responsive and extremely fair and accommodating. Especially, the office manager and receptionists/support staff. They are very kind and helpful to me and my clients. I spent some time at the One Culver WeWork before making the switch to eOffices, and the differences are significant. My new office feels so much better, with privacy (no glass walls) and fresh air (windows that open). I feel much safer here since anyone can sneak into WeWork with no one knowing who's who. There are two levels of security here requiring a key, with an attentive receptionist who will only let in people who he or she knows should have the authorization to enter the building.
