We had a space here for a few months about a year ago. The property is very well maintained, and…read moreclean at all times. The kitchens and appliances are fantastic, and all of the occupants were very friendly and respectful. The property was accessible at all hours, and we never had an issue with parking or needing to use a conference room. On top of all of that, Rabih and Yoann are fantastic gentlemen to deal with, and when we made the decision to leave we were able to do so with no issues. The bottom line, be respectful to others, respect the work space, and you will have absolutely no problems here. Coffee/Espresso machines, fruit salads, ice cream days, bagel days, refrigerators stocked with food, drinks, and refreshments by management for occupants to consume, and a great team of people overseeing the building will surely make working out of this space an absolutely ideal experience. Well wishes to management, and best of luck to you in your searches. I for one, am glad we came across this building during ours. I highly recommend.

I'm working solo and the environment seems very conducive to both individuals and groups. They just opened this week so the space is still relatively quiet. I've found spaces to hide away in solitude to really focus, but I've enjoyed spending most of my time in the main common area which has a relaxed, buzzing vibe of activity. Their phone booth rooms are also perfect to hop in and take calls in as needed. Every part of the space has fantastic panoramic views of the city and natural light. The staff here are all incredibly friendly and accommodating and it's generally a great environment for me to accomplish a day's work.

The two-story layout…read moreis incredibly spacious, and even at half occupancy for the whole space currently, there are tons of private spaces to hide away that are open to the public: a cozy library area, lots of nooks created in the main common room, and breakout areas up on the 18th floor. The decor is modern and mature, and the atmosphere feels like a "real" office compared to other more youth-oriented coworking spaces that blare music and tout beer taps. The offices are incredibly spacious -- though noise does leak through office to office, so if you want to be kind to your neighbors, put down a rug to help with that -- and the workspace is very comfortable (a wide desk, a Herman Miller chair). The team is what makes the place, though: Praynka, Jacey, and Emily really have gone out of their way to make sure the atmosphere has been conducive to work and to residents getting to know each other, in equal harmony. (Who knew daily free breakfast and afternoon snacks were a great way to get people out of their offices?) Lots of healthy snacks + wine/beer/Mexican coke (!) in the community fridge means I've actually lost weight since working here, too. So that's something.

However, with no human interaction or lunch breaks, I do get lonely. After a tour with one of the owners, Linh, I was in love with this space! Spacious, fantastic natural lighting (it's everything), and modern decor. There's even patios where you can see palm trees, the Hollywood Hills, and the famous Hollywood sign. The facilities fee includes your own mailbox, co-working space, and conference rooms during work hours (usually and generally 9am-6pm) which is great deal - considering other spaces charge separately on such items as Wi-Fi usage, etc. I often select a space for myself (e.g. couch, table, loft area, etc.) and work efficiently with the good energy. The companies and people who work here are friendly and smiling. Best of all, there are many dining options and public transportation, including the Metro, nearby. The vibe is mature, not corporate, but respectful and somewhat more business casual than totally laid-back. You won't find ping pong tables, wannabe's, or loud people here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those who want a good central location, awesome natural lighting, and unpretentious but professional people.

The office space we rented had lots of natural light and was furnished with quality items. Every place should have motorized, standing desks as their default option! Sparkling water on tap, periodic wellness classes for member engagement, easy to use a/v in the conference spaces, snacks and meals provided periodically... you really feel appreciated and taken care of. Most importantly, the dynamic duo of Ashley and Ashley make Studio a wonderful place to be. They are responsive, attentive, accommodating, engaging, and really just two of the nicest people you will meet. We did our best to try to stay at Studio but unfortunately, there was just not a good fit for our unique needs as an organization but rest assured, we are sad to be leaving.

The managers name there is Omid. He's very friendly and gave me a tour of the entire space. Showed me all the different rooms and settings available.
