The kitchens and appliances are fantastic, and all of the occupants were very friendly and respectful. The property was accessible at all hours, and we never had an issue with parking or needing to use a conference room. On top of all of that, Rabih and Yoann are fantastic gentlemen to deal with, and when we made the decision to leave we were able to do so with no issues. The bottom line, be respectful to others, respect the work space, and you will have absolutely no problems here. Coffee/Espresso machines, fruit salads, ice cream days, bagel days, refrigerators stocked with food, drinks, and refreshments by management for occupants to consume, and a great team of people overseeing the building will surely make working out of this space an absolutely ideal experience. Well wishes to management, and best of luck to you in your searches. I for one, am glad we came across this building during ours. I highly recommend.

I'm working solo and the environment seems very conducive to both individuals and groups. They just opened this week so the space is still relatively quiet. I've found spaces to hide away in solitude to really focus, but I've enjoyed spending most of my time in the main common area which has a relaxed, buzzing vibe of activity. Their phone booth rooms are also perfect to hop in and take calls in as needed. Every part of the space has fantastic panoramic views of the city and natural light. The staff here are all incredibly friendly and accommodating and it's generally a great environment for me to accomplish a day's work.

I love working at Industrious - and this location in particular is fantastic! The two-story layout…read moreis incredibly spacious, and even at half occupancy for the whole space currently, there are tons of private spaces to hide away that are open to the public: a cozy library area, lots of nooks created in the main common room, and breakout areas up on the 18th floor. The decor is modern and mature, and the atmosphere feels like a "real" office compared to other more youth-oriented coworking spaces that blare music and tout beer taps. The offices are incredibly spacious -- though noise does leak through office to office, so if you want to be kind to your neighbors, put down a rug to help with that -- and the workspace is very comfortable (a wide desk, a Herman Miller chair). The team is what makes the place, though: Praynka, Jacey, and Emily really have gone out of their way to make sure the atmosphere has been conducive to work and to residents getting to know each other, in equal harmony. (Who knew daily free breakfast and afternoon snacks were a great way to get people out of their offices?) Lots of healthy snacks + wine/beer/Mexican coke (!) in the community fridge means I've actually lost weight since working here, too. So that's something.

There is plenty of parking in front and to the rear. The space has high ceilings, lots of work station options with monitors, group working areas, conference rooms etc. The location boasts a modern aesthetic. You will feel very productive and focused. The pricing is very attractive and compelling. Amenities are a full and well stocked beverage inventory (hot and cold) as well as snacks scattered throughou the space. Upcoming they will be offering unique podcasting opportunities and hosting wellness programs for the community. Please go check them out! I love how productive you can be working here. I could not be happier with this coworking space in Culver City. From the moment you arrive,…read moreeverything feels intentional, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. The space itself is modern, chic, and energizing--an environment that genuinely makes you want to be productive and creative. One of the biggest advantages, and something that truly sets this location apart, is the parking. It is abundant, easy, and stress-free, which is an absolute must in Los Angeles. The location is also incredibly convenient--right next to the freeway--so you get off the freeway and you are immediately there. No circling, no frustration, just seamless access. Inside, the amenities are excellent and high quality. There are plenty of conference rooms, all well maintained and functional. The coffee station is thoughtfully stocked, with good creamer options and filtered water, which may seem like a small detail but makes a real difference during long workdays. What truly elevates this space, however, is the owner, Floyd. He is exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the people who work there. From our very first meeting, his focus was on getting to know me--understanding my business, my goals, and how he could support me. It never felt transactional; it felt personal and sincere. He takes the time to listen and truly wants to help you succeed. Overall, this coworking space is not just a place to work--it is an experience. It feels welcoming, energizing, and inspiring. I am extremely happy here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, well-run, and supportive coworking environment with unbeatable convenience and parking.

Even the restrooms reflect the same level of care and quality. What truly makes it special, though, is Jorge. **NICE SPACE, PEOPLE, AND VIBES**…read more As a solo and start-up entrepreneur, I usually work from home when I'm not busy traveling. However, with no human interaction or lunch breaks, I do get lonely. After a tour with one of the owners, Linh, I was in love with this space! Spacious, fantastic natural lighting (it's everything), and modern decor. There's even patios where you can see palm trees, the Hollywood Hills, and the famous Hollywood sign. The facilities fee includes your own mailbox, co-working space, and conference rooms during work hours (usually and generally 9am-6pm) which is great deal - considering other spaces charge separately on such items as Wi-Fi usage, etc. I often select a space for myself (e.g. couch, table, loft area, etc.) and work efficiently with the good energy. The companies and people who work here are friendly and smiling. Best of all, there are many dining options and public transportation, including the Metro, nearby. The vibe is mature, not corporate, but respectful and somewhat more business casual than totally laid-back. You won't find ping pong tables, wannabe's, or loud people here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those who want a good central location, awesome natural lighting, and unpretentious but professional people.

Most importantly, the dynamic duo of Ashley and Ashley make Studio a wonderful place to be. They are responsive, attentive, accommodating, engaging, and really just two of the nicest people you will meet. We did our best to try to stay at Studio but unfortunately, there was just not a good fit for our unique needs as an organization but rest assured, we are sad to be leaving.

Plus Ashley L is so efficient and friendly even when multiple things are clamoring for her attention at the same time. They have lockers too, in case you're paranoid like me and don't like leaving your stuff out when you take a stroll outside (but you 100% can, and many do). Of course, I accidentally locked myself out of the locker I chose and was thoroughly embarrassed by my distracted goof, but Ashley was so nice about resetting it for me. She's the reason why this is my favorite spot, and not just one of my top 3 spots!
