**NICE SPACE, PEOPLE, AND VIBES** As a solo and start-up entrepreneur, I usually work from home when I'm not busy traveling. However, with no human interaction or lunch breaks, I do get lonely. After a tour with one of the owners, Linh, I was in love with this space! Spacious, fantastic natural lighting (it's everything), and modern decor. There's even patios where you can see palm trees, the Hollywood Hills, and the famous Hollywood sign. The facilities fee includes your own mailbox, co-working space, and conference rooms during work hours (usually and generally 9am-6pm) which is great deal - considering other spaces charge separately on such items as Wi-Fi usage, etc. I often select a space for myself (e.g. couch, table, loft area, etc.) and work efficiently with the good energy. The companies and people who work here are friendly and smiling. Best of all, there are many dining options and public transportation, including the Metro, nearby. The vibe is mature, not corporate, but respectful and somewhat more business casual than totally laid-back. You won't find ping pong tables, wannabe's, or loud people here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those who want a good central location, awesome natural lighting, and unpretentious but professional people. read more

Procolo is awesome. We had an office there for a full year (2022-23) before our team went remote and it was a phenomenal experience. It is a spacious, focused, collaborative, and inspired place with plenty of natural light and high-quality furnishings. It's in a superb location and feels safe during the day and at night. Much better value than other co-working spaces such as WeWork. George and Linh (who own and operate Procolo) are on-site and happy to help with any questions or concerns. Having an office there felt more like a partnership than being a customer because George and Linh are so welcoming. Would gladly return to Procolo for a future office in LA. read more

I have been a tenant at Procolo for about 4 years and I LOVE IT for many reasons. The location is in the heart of the booming Culver City Arts District. Blue Bottle is not far which is great when I need a cup of java before starting my day...I can also walk to the Co-Opportunity Market for a fresh juice. After work...I walk to Margot for Happy Hour and I can't wait to try Etta at the new Shay Hotel. I also love that I can park my car and be only a few feet from the elevator and yet again only a few feet from my office space...It saves me so much time. This has not always been the case with other co-working facilities. I feel very creative in this space with it's clean, modern design and therefore get more done in a day... I love that it is boutique..the owner is also there to answer any question or help me find what I might need....I honestly can't recommend Procolo enough. read more

As a work-at-home mom, there is often more "MOom" than work, at home. Procolo.Co is the remedy! The workspaces are comfortable and, like a lot of others have said, it is not pretentious. Though it's fully equipped. Lightening speed wifi? Check. Printability? Check. Private space for meetings and phone calls? Checkity check. This is a place for real people, doing real work. You can still have a coffee together, or better yet, Father's Office anyone? However the focus is on providing a solid work environment and not a social scene where you may get some work done. read more

I work remote but have two little ones at home, so the home office is not ideal (highly stressful actually...). I need a quiet place to work, make calls, have my office setup, and just get out of the house. I looked at other co-working places and have been at other office places, and Procolo is my favorite. Regus anything is a contract NIGHTMARE, and WeWork is not my vibe and pricy. Too busy, too crazy, and a dedicated office is literally a $700 closet/fish bowl. I have my own space here, access to multiple conference rooms if I need them. I like the people in my unit, and it is very calm and easy to get work done. Great kitchen spaces, good views, nice and bright, chill vibe, & warm decor. The owners George and Linh are very available and easy to work with. It isn't some crazy huge corporate call center shit show, it is a locally owned family run business. I feel like a part of the CC community here. The location is completely amazing!!! So many options very close by. The Platform, Co-opportunity, Helms bakery, Element 29 Deli, the new Ivy development, Cliffs of Id climbing gym, Cognoscenti coffee, and even DTCC are all very walkable. Easy to get to with the Metro a 3-5 minute walk, is very close to the 10 and La Cienega corridor, and accessible from the Ballona Creek bike path. Couldn't be better for me. I really love it here. Have been renting space here for over a year and it literally does not get any better. Is exactly the type of place you want to put your start-up company and feel like you're in the middle of Silicon Valley. KCRW Eclectic quietly streams above. Mounted TVs rotate through beautiful photography. Gourmet coffee and tea. Conf rooms are all equipped with mounted TVs with AppleTV for ease of use for walking through decks, pulling up internet, Skype meetings, etc. Multiple conference rooms are bookable via shared calendars. Everyone is very chill and the spaces are well spread out. There are 3 or 4 different suites of offices with different set-ups so you can choose where you want to be and you NEVER feel like people are right next to you or on top of you. I checked out every shared office space near Culver City and this is by far the best deal with the best amenities. Some in comparison are over crowded, hot, stuffy and feel like you're back in a college library! Definitely the place to put your thriving business. We entertain clients a lot and they are beyond impressed with the space which only makes us look better in their eyes. Win win! read more

Wow, this place is great. I needed a place to focus while working remote for a while, and it worked out very well. The vibe is not too business or too casual, but just right. The space has high ceilings and great views, with plenty of space to move around. The desks are nice and wide with power outlets right underneath (instead of on the floor or wall). The internet access was fast and reliable. And Cool Haus is right across the street. I will definitely be back next time I need space to get work done. read more

I have to give full disclosure - I don't often like these type of co working environments. Most that I have used feel like I'm paying to be at Starbucks. But this one I have used time and again when I want to impress a client and have some time away from the home office situation. The location, building, and space are all amazing to start and as a designer it's important to be in a space that has good design and space to think. The times that I have been there to work and meet have never been loud or distracting which is my main concern with shared work spaces. So this place is one of my secrets and tools when I need to impress and work with clients. The folks that run it have always been accommodating and cool to deal with so I wanted to make sure people knew in this sea of places offering temporary workspaces that this one is far and above any of the ones I've ever used or been to, and I'm pretty picky. read more
