Donald was super nice and more than happy to help me. He took the time to look up my property and offer to give me a quote. Fast forward to this month when I contacted Voorheis & Voorheis for their services. I spoke with a representative who made sure to look up my property before offering me a quote for a survey. I didn't hear back from the company for 6 days. Then to add insult to injury, I was told that their company doesn't service my area, which was in glaring contrast to what Donald Voorheis told me earlier in the year, as well as the representative just recently. I'm not sure what was more disappointing, Voorheis & Voorheis' inconsistent information or the fact that it took them nearly a week to get back to me. I just wanted to share my experience.
