At the time I was getting ready to sell my house close by, so I wanted to see how the market was. The Open House experience was superb. I followed the house on Redfin and just a few days later the house became Under Contract, and then it was sold at a very good price. When it came to my time, I called Jerry up. He came fully prepared with everything. He provided me full market research, analysis, selling strategy, listing preparations, city compliance/clearance, and a full marketing plan. Everything was well-thought out. Right after the listing, Jerry hosted an Open House event. We received a number of very good offers. Jerry was excellent in the offer selection and the negotiation with buyers. Within just a month, the sale was successfully closed with a very good price. Jerry is sharp, driven, knowledgeable, and transparent. I'd highly recommend Jerry to anyone who needs expert help in Real Estate. He has everything that you need.

He was also generous in connecting us with trusted vendors before we even signed a listing agreement, which gave us the flexibility to decide whether to sell or rent during a slower market. His marketing package was comprehensive, including a professional website, aerials, videos, 2D and 3D floor plans, bilingual marketing materials, and even included professional cleaning. Everything was coordinated in a timely manner to prepare for Coming Soon, Listing, and Open House weekend. Jerry also hired wonderful people. Mandy, his marketing assistant, was friendly and incredibly easy to work with. She had a great eye for showcasing our home and was speedy and attentive with all the detailed edits on the website, descriptions, photos, and flyers. Photographer Michael captured the house beautifully with a variety of angles and brilliant lighting, and Justina went above and beyond in cleaning the house, windows, and garage. In addition to his team, it's obvious that Jerry has solid working relationships with his recommended vendors. Everyone gave the impression that they would treat Jerry's clients well with proper attention, fair pricing, and diligent work to present our home well. Yumi created a thoughtful mood board that helped us visualize how the staging would look. She was generous in sharing design advice and honest about what would and wouldn't work, even for areas we planned to decorate ourselves. Mr. Zhuo rearranged his schedule to make sure everything was finished in time and done in a quality manner knowing Jerry's professional standards. He was very responsive, humble, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. All the preparations paid off when multiple offers came in. Jerry walked us through multiple strategies, shared his recommendations, and was flexible in going with what we were most comfortable with. Near the finish line, Jerry took the initiative to come up with a solution that got buy-in from all parties and sealed the deal before the weekend. We greatly appreciate him for that! Jerry's support went beyond what's expected of a real estate agent. Throughout the process, he helped check on our house and even brought quality food to feed our neighborhood cat. We are truly grateful for that, especially knowing how busy he was. It speaks to Jerry's kind character, which makes him even more nice to work with.

Selling our home was a huge decision, and I took choosing the right real estate agent very seriously. I did a lot of research, interviewed multiple agents, and from the moment I met Eva, I knew she was the one I wanted representing us. Eva is truly exceptional. She is thoughtful, kind, incredibly professional, and an outstanding negotiator. She and her team guided us through every step of the process and made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience feel manageable. There were a few dicey moments during negotiations, and that is where Eva really shined. She knows exactly what to do when things get tough. She stayed calm, strategic, accessible, and always made us feel like she was completely in our corner. She went above and beyond for our family in ways I will never forget. What impressed me most is that Eva combines expertise and professionalism with genuine kindness. You never feel like you are just another transaction. She cares, she listens, and she works incredibly hard for her clients. I genuinely admire Eva, and I am so proud that we chose her to represent us. Looking back, I cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. I would not even consider working with another agent. If you are looking for someone to sell your home, especially when the stakes are high and you need someone who can handle the tough moments, hire Eva. You will be very glad you did.

It has been a few months since we moved into our new home. I wanted to let the whirlwind of the home search and purchase process cool off a little bit before writing this review. She took the time to show us enough properties to get a solid sense of what we were looking for and the things that were important to us. She also threw a couple of houses in the mix which helped us zero in on what we didn't want lol. Once we did find the house that we were very excited about, Kenya walked us through the process of making an offer, getting inspections, negotiating etc. Unfortunately the seller's agent proved not to be operating in good faith and we had to withdraw the offer. Kenya quickly pivoted and was able to use a connection she made earlier to get us access to another home in the neighborhood before it was even listed. In the end, the second home was a much better fit for us. It was a much better experience working with the second agent and sellers and the timing worked out well. This is my first time buying a home and Kenya and her team made a very stressful few months as pleasant as possible. I'm grateful to have had her on our team!

They also faced smaller telemarketing and spam lawsuits under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) them up and see the amount of class action lawsuits. I had to interact with this team because they were selling the home I was purchasing. It was a straight forward CASH purchase of which I have made several in the last few years. On average I have paid around $2000 max in escrow closing fees. These agents demanded we use an escrow company ( I can only assume they get a back end payment on it since they fought so hard for it) that wanted to be paid over $4000 for a straight cash purchase. this is a typical part of how companies and agents like these make extra money on the backs of their customers. we had to spend a couple of days pushing back to get the cost in line. and although we finally did, my guess is that their actual client paid the $4000 without knowing they were paying way too much. When I needed basic information about the house I have always received, they initially refused, claiming I had not "ingratiated" myself enough to warrant that help. apparently ingratiating yourself is paying DOUBLE what it costs to close escrow. the greed is so typical, they most likely got paid by the owner over $50k, then gouged her for an additional $4000 in escrow. I sold a $2.5M house and my agent Arivva only charged $15K and $2000 for escrow. These people are part of keeping one of the best kept scam secrets in real estate, you don't have to pay a percentage of the selling cost, there are companies (that are the future) doing it for a flat fee, and secondly you don't have to pay insane escrow costs. all those people raving how great this team is, are omitting a key fact, they overpaid for them in thousands and thousands of dollars.
