Everyone working in the space seemed friendly and very courteous. They are still requiring masks to be worn at all times inside, which was tough when working for hours on end (100% understandable right now).

I LOST a lot of Money with Dots Spaces - I had paid for a professional telephone answering…read moreservices for the whole year in advance. A number was provided by Dots Spaces and this number was then placed on our website, business cards and promo cards. The company initially kept my card on file despite that I had paid the whole year in advance and kept charging me every month and every month I had to write to them inquiring that why they were charging me, then go through the refund process until one day I had had enough, I shouldn't have had to deal with this sort of thing. By this time it was already halfway through the year so they removed my card but failed to pay for the line that they had already charged me for, thus the line got disconnected. I was then promised by Yoann (Owner) that the phone number will be recovered as I had already printed it on very expensive promo cards and business cards which was impossible for me to repeat! Moving on I felt reassured by Yoann as he called stating that he had got that exact number back and promised that he would take care of that account personally from then on so that this doesn't happen again. I then went on to promote and market the business, however by December I started to think that something was wrong and that why I didn't even have one inquiry despite all the marketing so I called the number and it was disconnected again, I think I was having a heart attack at the time from the shock. I called in again and this time discovered that they had not managed to get the original number that they had given me so they got a different number and didn't even bother to tell me!!!! I wrote to Yoann many times requesting of him to take responsibility for the damages he has caused me and truly only asked for a small portion of what I had lost, enough so that I could recover from all the losses but I never got any response of any kind, not even a simple apology! I had very high regards for Yoann but I'm now highly disappointed. This behavior is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I've found spaces to hide away in solitude to really focus, but I've enjoyed spending most of my time in the main common area which has a relaxed, buzzing vibe of activity. Their phone booth rooms are also perfect to hop in and take calls in as needed. Every part of the space has fantastic panoramic views of the city and natural light. The staff here are all incredibly friendly and accommodating and it's generally a great environment for me to accomplish a day's work.

The decor is modern and mature, and the atmosphere feels like a "real" office compared to other more youth-oriented coworking spaces that blare music and tout beer taps. The offices are incredibly spacious -- though noise does leak through office to office, so if you want to be kind to your neighbors, put down a rug to help with that -- and the workspace is very comfortable (a wide desk, a Herman Miller chair). The team is what makes the place, though: Praynka, Jacey, and Emily really have gone out of their way to make sure the atmosphere has been conducive to work and to residents getting to know each other, in equal harmony. (Who knew daily free breakfast and afternoon snacks were a great way to get people out of their offices?) However, with no human interaction or lunch breaks, I do get lonely. After a tour with one of the owners, Linh, I was in love with this space! Spacious, fantastic natural lighting (it's everything), and modern decor. There's even patios where you can see palm trees, the Hollywood Hills, and the famous Hollywood sign. The facilities fee includes your own mailbox, co-working space, and conference rooms during work hours (usually and generally 9am-6pm) which is great deal - considering other spaces charge separately on such items as Wi-Fi usage, etc. I often select a space for myself (e.g. couch, table, loft area, etc.) and work efficiently with the good energy. The companies and people who work here are friendly and smiling. Best of all, there are many dining options and public transportation, including the Metro, nearby. The vibe is mature, not corporate, but respectful and somewhat more business casual than totally laid-back. You won't find ping pong tables, wannabe's, or loud people here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those who want a good central location, awesome natural lighting, and unpretentious but professional people.

Most importantly, the dynamic duo of Ashley and Ashley make Studio a wonderful place to be. They are responsive, attentive, accommodating, engaging, and really just two of the nicest people you will meet. We did our best to try to stay at Studio but unfortunately, there was just not a good fit for our unique needs as an organization but rest assured, we are sad to be leaving.
