A fun unique snack provided by Industrious Century City staff. (Common Area in background)

Above and beyond what you'd expect to get from a co working space. Everything is top notch - office space, printer, WiFi, conference rooms, coffee, talking booths, common area, general ambiance, etc Industrious did a great job in creating the space and very happy we made the decision to lease an office. Furthermore, the Century City staff is as good as it gets. They're super reliable, helpful and always looking for ways to make it a fun yet conducive environment to work. From free breakfast, to unique snacks, events, weekly happy hours.. cant beat it. Check out photo from today - had "make-your-own spring roll" bar.

An amazing work environment. Praynka, Jacey, and Lindsay crush it at operating this place. Could not recommend it higher!!

Their open spaces are bright, modern, and inviting. The office space we rented had lots of natural light and was furnished with quality items. Every place should have motorized, standing desks as their default option! The amenities were really wonderful. Sparkling water on tap, periodic wellness classes for member engagement, easy to use a/v in the conference spaces, snacks and meals provided periodically... you really feel appreciated and taken care of. Most importantly, the dynamic duo of Ashley and Ashley make Studio a wonderful place to be. They are responsive, attentive, accommodating, engaging, and really just two of the nicest people you will meet. We did our best to try to stay at Studio but unfortunately, there was just not a good fit for our unique needs as an organization but rest assured, we are sad to be leaving.

Plus Ashley L is so efficient and friendly even when multiple things are clamoring for her attention at the same time. They have lockers too, in case you're paranoid like me and don't like leaving your stuff out when you take a stroll outside (but you 100% can, and many do). Of course, I accidentally locked myself out of the locker I chose and was thoroughly embarrassed by my distracted goof, but Ashley was so nice about resetting it for me. She's the reason why this is my favorite spot, and not just one of my top 3 spots!

I LOST a lot of Money with Dots Spaces - I had paid for a professional telephone answering…read moreservices for the whole year in advance. A number was provided by Dots Spaces and this number was then placed on our website, business cards and promo cards. The company initially kept my card on file despite that I had paid the whole year in advance and kept charging me every month and every month I had to write to them inquiring that why they were charging me, then go through the refund process until one day I had had enough, I shouldn't have had to deal with this sort of thing. By this time it was already halfway through the year so they removed my card but failed to pay for the line that they had already charged me for, thus the line got disconnected. I was then promised by Yoann (Owner) that the phone number will be recovered as I had already printed it on very expensive promo cards and business cards which was impossible for me to repeat! Moving on I felt reassured by Yoann as he called stating that he had got that exact number back and promised that he would take care of that account personally from then on so that this doesn't happen again. I then went on to promote and market the business, however by December I started to think that something was wrong and that why I didn't even have one inquiry despite all the marketing so I called the number and it was disconnected again, I think I was having a heart attack at the time from the shock. I called in again and this time discovered that they had not managed to get the original number that they had given me so they got a different number and didn't even bother to tell me!!!! I wrote to Yoann many times requesting of him to take responsibility for the damages he has caused me and truly only asked for a small portion of what I had lost, enough so that I could recover from all the losses but I never got any response of any kind, not even a simple apology! I had very high regards for Yoann but I'm now highly disappointed. This behavior is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have both used this as a meeting place and been an invitee of a meeting here... it's a disaster. Trying to get clients to your space is impossible. Look - WeWork is a great idea but they keep choosing places that are just impossible to park/get to. This is a bad business model. And almost every employee here is angry and surly. One exception - lovely young Asian guy was delightful. The rest of the staff is just there for the free beer and snacks I think. Find another place to have your meeting... this is just awful on so many levels. You will spend most of your time trying to get your people up to the space.. it's just not easy. Hard pass.

Now I wanted to see if I was ready to rejoin as I am active in building my two side hustles as AI comes for us! I had a great experience with all the properties but one in West LA (not terrible but not great). I got an invite to an Open House with a code. The code did not work so, I tried again. I reached out to cs and did not get a response for three days! That said, I was interested in dropping in for a few hours to see if I want to rejoin. I was told to rejoin as my account was inactive. I had already done that and the code still did not work. Their tech is not seamless. You would think they could have figured this out 3.5 years later! No one is helpful and the attitude is honestly 'next' and 'we don't care' so, fantastic, neither do I . I will never use them again. I have never done anything but sing the praises of We Work. I even got a friend to join and did not even take the credit because they were struggling, and I really appreciated them being open during the draconian lockdowns. The coffee was flowing, and the kitchen accommodations were great. Even with all that, every company has to know you are one bad experience away from losing a customer. Too many other options in Los Angeles. SIde note: Three locations that were choice are no more so, the future does not look bright for We Work.

They will sort incoming mail and packages. The maintenance and trash staff are very nice and so are parking attendants. Took one star off for the building remodel that's ongoing, the tandem parking situation and lack of amenities in the building or right nearby. Distinctly Class B. Location: on wilshire just east of Beverly Hills. Conveniently central. Premier's office space is on the 5th floor. Easy driving or Uber distance but not many affordable lunch options right nearby. Building: exterior is a very utilitarian 1970s looking building. Not very exciting to look at. Parking: the weirdest parking ever. There is not enough parking spots for all the tenants. You can pay for monthly valet parking, upper level and lower level parking. Parking is extra from rent. The upper level parking is non-tandem and has own driveway, but you have to take the stairs to get to the lobby elevators. The same goes for valet parking. If you parking in lower level, almost all tandem parking and there is direct elevator access if you're 2 levels down. Lobby: new owner is redoing the lobby so right now it's a mess and barren. If you have guests, it's kind of embarrassing. Building security is lax, no ID checks and no key card needed for the elevators. It's supposed to be nice when remodel is done. We'll see. Ambience: the layout feels like a normal office and less obviously a co-working space. So if you have clients come visit, they may think your firm is not as small as it is. Waiting area has warm sofa and chair. There's also a community dining table and kitchen. Two large conference rooms available to book and day office also available for tenant. Office space: they had standard size offices and the large corner offices. The exterior offices have window that face the street and clear glass walls and door. Interior offices have walls and door that's 90% frosted and very dark. Only exception are interior office that faces north. Wilshire St facing offices (South side): these offices are closest to the main entrance but also the noisiest. You can hear the traffic on Wilshire and foot traffic. Depending on time of the year, direct afternoon soon into the office can be hot. Palm St facing offices (west side): these are west facing office and has nice view of residential neighborhood. But direct afternoon sun is very hot. East facing: hot morning sun. North facing: these are the best, indirect light all day, so bright you don't even need to turn on the lights. Faces the residential street, so very quiet. Great view of trees and hills. But these are all occupied unless someone moves out. Furniture: rent includes one desk, one office chair and two guest chairs. They charge by head, so if you want a second desk, they charge for 2 person rate. If there are extra ones not in use, you can have a side table and mini drawer for free. Kitchen: free coffee and tea. Full size fridge and microwave but no toaster oven. Access: you get a physical key for your door and key card for afterhours access to main door. Printer/fax: there is a communal high speed printer and they charge you by page. So most people have their own printer in their office. Tenant: mostly professionals. Quite a few are related to finance (accountants, VC funds, hedge funds etc) and then it gets eclectic. Enjoying the space so far, dealing with the parking and the lobby remodel.
