I had a colleague flying into LA just for the day and needed affordable private space for us to huddle in. This place is close enough that you can technically walk to it from LAX (techically...). They not only happily accommodated my last-minute request for space but did so at a price several times lower than anything else I was able to find. On the day of, the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed (including obscure networking cables!) and couldn't have been nicer to us. Deciding to spend the money and work here has to be one of the best decisions I've made in a long time! In the not too distant past, I worked from home and even though I have an extra room for my office with everything I need, I found it very, very difficult to be consistently productive. After traveling all over Los Angeles trying out different libraries, co workIng soaces, coffee shops, and restaurants in order to find my preffered location I found LAX co-working. LAX co-working is the space where I finally found a place that I liked using. It is the perfect place for a writer/creative to do work. Here I can take out my laptop turn it on and not be interrupted by loud noises. I am also not interrupted by loud obnoxious conversations, people that need to be noticed, or that soft networker that tries to sell their service all day. The day I walked into LAX co-working the quietness of the place was amazing even though their were other co - workers using the space. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Michael. He made me feel like the new kid at the school in a wonderful way. I immediately felt at ease and not nervous about being around a new group of people. The friendliness made me feel a part of a bigger whole. Michael gave me a tour of the place and I loved it. On the tour I was shown the free coffee bar and unlimited water. There is an honest snack bar for when you get the munchies. You can use the large boardroom area where most of the desk are located. The other option is the smaller boardroom with fewer desk, a couch, and the option of standing desk. They have two options for Wi-Fi and both work fast. The WiFi is always on and working like a champ. The brick walls and pane windows are a great aviation architecture touch. We are near the airport. I set up shop in the libraryesque room. I connected to the lovely Wi-Fi and got started. The other co workers greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I like that everyone is professionally friendly. Other comments workers introduced themselves shook my hand and told me different tips for using the space. Space is always available in the parking lot. The parking lot is monitored, so your car will be safe. The food options in the area are the best. On every block you can find a really good food place. There are two grocery stores very close. They have co-working rental packages that are competitive if not better than other locations. You will have many options to choose from. Take advantage of the monthly deals. You can also rent the offices for meetings, to be able to close an office door, or for larger gatherings. The large board room is great for seminars. The small boardroom is great for start -ups, organizations, and people that need a larger meeting space. If you are a traveler, this place is so close to the airport, that it would be perfect to use during a long lay over. You can bring food in here and eat to your hearts content. When you come be ready to feel friendly vibes. Many of the Co workers have used this space for a long time so it does have a family feel good feel. Also read the blackboard to find out about events and any space that is being rented for the day. This way you won't get comfortable and have to move your seat if a room is being rented. I really like the space. It took away my anxiety about trying to find a space to do my work. Now I use lax co-working regularly it has been great. read more

I've done co-working from DTLA to Sta Monica and this place is tops. The parking, coffee, snacks, close shops and food joints is great. What's better is the space is within the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce so everyone here is well-connected with local businesseses; large, small, startup, pre-launch, you name it. Sure, you'll get work done with free wifi, comfy chairs and long tables but if you're like me, the brainstorming and problem solving and resource sharing makes this coworking space the best. Work all day and then join some of the mixers, seminars and networking events of the chamber in the evening. In short, this can be a physical space to work. If you want, it can also be a space for like-minded folks to to share ideas and help each other's endeavors. Most of the other co-working spots I've been to are heavily skewed solely to the former. read more

The staff is friendly and welcoming, the space is clean and comfortable, the coworkers are down-to-earth, parking is easy, there is free coffee and tea, and you can't beat the monthly rate. Since the space is run by the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce, monthly coworkers also get the added benefit of being an honorary member of the Chamber, which means you can attend events at member rates. I work remotely for a bay area company, and the one space offered to me by my company was up to an hour commute in rush-hour traffic. So I settled for coffee shops and libraries near my home in Venice - none of which worked very well. Finally my boss agreed that it would be worth my while to find a co-working space to do my job. But I couldn't find what i really needed, until a few months ago when I found LAX Co-Working on Yelp. I love that the Chamber is not out to make lots of money but instead wants to provide a service to local entrepreneurs and remote workers. People come here to work and at the same time this is a warm, inviting environment where I can get some of that friendly vibe that I miss working remotely. I am MUCH more productive here and it is so nice to have the same place to go every day that I'm in town. I cannot say enough about the Chamber staff. I'm no stranger to coworking spaces in LA, SF, or NY. So when I found myself looking for a last-minute cool place to work from for a few days on the westside, it was pure luck that I came across LAX Coworking. I was happily greeted with ample parking, good lunch spots nearby, and most of all a great place to work and hang out with super fast Wifi. The coworking space is open with plenty of room to frolic around find some free goodies like coffee, chilled espresso, tea, premium snacks, an honest bar, and all the filtered water you can drink. Restrooms are close, big, and clean. And there's a big meeting room as well. I give two thumbs up for this spot and would recommend to anyone looking to work remotely and doesn't want to be forced to fight for wifi survival at your local Starbucks. I've been a fan of LAX Coworking for a few months now, since they go above and beyond being a basic workspace for freelancers/startups. Sure, they have WiFi, coffee, tea, $1 snacks, rentable conference space, business networking/workshops through the attached Chamber of Commerce, plus a great view of incoming planes to LAX. They're also close to In 'n' Out Burger, two (!) Starbucks sites, and plenty of other restaurants and markets--but the real reason I love this place is the people. I genuinely look forward to coming in and seeing the great folks who run the place and/or cowork here. I've heard that Chambers of Commerce tend to be conservative, but that's not what I've seen with LAX Coworking. We stopped in LA en route to our international destination. Since our flight was late at night, we wanted somewhere that would be conducive to work while enabling us to be at ease with all that luggage that we hauled with us. We looked into cafes, luggage storage areas etc. which were all too expensive or just seemed really uncomfortable...also working at LAX airport? Really? not an option. And then...we chanced upon LAX Coworking. My partner contacted them via Facebook, in which he got a prompt reply. We are sooooo glad we found this place! Kirby and her staff were warm and welcoming. The place was a quiet yet relaxing environment. I managed to hustle for almost 9 hours! Kirby was also flexible with the time we could leave which was a plus because that extra time was what I needed to finish my work and get on my plane with a peace of mind. Not to mention, there are nearby restaurants for lunch too so you can never go too hungry. Would recommend this place to the weary traveler who hates sitting in a hotel lounge to work/checked out of an AirBnB too early/ or just need a place to hustle really. There wasn't a luggage storage per se, but Kirby arranged a cosy spot for our bulky containers. Also, had no problem with the WiFi - from someone who had to remote into multiple virtual machines. 5 stars! :D read more

This is hands down the best co-working space in Los Angeles. I've been coming here on pretty much a daily basis for the past year after shopping around town for a place to work. It's by far the best deal. PARKING IS FREE!! The monthly rent is extremely reasonable. The Internet is fast and they have easy-to-use printer/copier services. The co-workers are very friendly with each other and have even helped me solve some professional problems of my own. There is always a seat with a good amount of personal space and there are often snacks available like bagels with cream cheese. Coffee is always available. If you come on by to try it out for a day, you'll see LAX Co-Working will more than likely yield a significant improvement in your productivity and overall workplace happiness. read more

I came to LAX Coastal after bouncing around a few co-working spaces. What I have to say most stands out here are the lengths the administrative staff will go to make sure you are comfortable, are in a friendly environment, and in a place that is conducive to supporting your business. Within one month of being here I had met individually with each administrative staff person and every one of them helped me in a hands on way, providing whatever support they could by way of contacts for networking, ideas, or services they could individually provide. I also met with another co-worker on a proposal repeatedly who ended up helping me to garner substantially more on a freelance project than I was expecting. I have a big event coming up and LAX Coastal is a media partner and may have single-handedly directed me to the sources for my silent auction. The amenities are great; hot coffee, cold drink options and water, printing for a reasonable price, and my favorite - the "honest bar" (snacks for $1!). They even made me a cake and sang to me on my birthday - who does this?? LAX Coworking does and they're beyond awesome. read more
