After explaining to Conner that I was traveling that Monday for work and would be out of town for a few days, he was able to have the new one delivered at 10am Saturday. Never Again! First off when I call to make an appointment I am asked what I need done. Then when…read morethe plumber arrives first question is what are we doing today. When I point out what is wrong and to replace it, they always want to try and fix it - and within a couple days it is leaking again. I basically ended up spending $1000 mostly labor for 5 shutoff valves and the inside of a toilet tank replaced. They charge about $150 to show up and about $125 for any part of time past the first hour. Seems they always need 65 minutes..... and lately added $4 for gas to travel, they are under 3 miles away. And when I call to tell them what they fixed is still broken, it takes at least a week to come and the same fees are charged as though it is a new repair vs correcting what they already charged me for and didn't fix or replace. It seems as though they don't care and act like they are doing a favor just by showing up. For a place that used to be well regarded, I agree they are not worth my time or money and I will be going elsewhere.
