Usually I don't take the time to write a review but my experience was so bad that I thought it was my obligation to warn other potential customers before going here and spending a large amount of money. I had never been to indulge spa before and thought their website looked nice. I called to schedule a massage, manicure and pedicure over a week in advance and I got not one, not two but three calls following up about the appointment I had scheduled. The first call the receptionist had asked who I was coming in with. I told her it was just me and she said, "I swear you told me your sister was coming in with you." I don't even have a sister....The second phone call was her wanting me to call them back because they had a few questions for me...the third phone call was them actually confirming my appointment. They gave me the wrong time in the confirmation call so I had to call back again(now remember this is the fourth time) and ask them about my appointment time. They apologized and said, "sorry about that." When I arrived to my appointment I was a little worried because I thought to myself if they can't even get their appointments figured out, I wonder how the actual service is going to go...well it just got worse from there. The therapist I had showed up fifteen minutes late for my massage appointment...this was irritating because I had a manicure and pedicure that immediately following the massage so it was important that the service started on time. The whole time I was getting a massage I could here every word of every conversation that was going on up front from the employees. I mean it was clear as day to the point where I asked the therapist, "is it usually this loud?" She responded with, "yes because we are in the room closest to the front desk..." She didn't offer any apology anything like that. I work in a spa and that would NEVER be allowed...let me repeat NEVER be allowed or remotely acceptable. I got out of my massage late and the therapist just sort of started walking away. I asked her who would be picking me up for my other services and she looked confused like she didn't know what else I was getting and said, "go change out of your robe and sit in the waiting room." When I was changing out of my robe I noticed I had gotten a missed call from the Indulge Spa while I was there!! They were wondering where I was for my other services..It was their fault I was late to begin with! Why don't they know I am there...extremely unprofessional if you ask me. I had to go out in my robe in the front lobby and ask them why they had called me....she said,"oh we had a shift change and didn't know you were here. Isn't it their job to know who is there and who is not???? Truly shocking! When I finally got to my manicure and pedicure services, the technician was noticeably pissed and just kind of pouting in a chair out front because of their mistake! she was rude and annoyed that it didn't start on time. When my rushed services were finally over the technician didn't even say goodbye or escort me to the front..I just kind of left. It was awful!! I am sorry but when you are spending that kind of money at a spa to relax and you do everything but that, there is a serious problem!! I am warning who ever reads this to take my advice and go somewhere else. I do not recommend this spa to anyone!!!! read more
