The service tech diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed what was wrong, didn't try to up-sell me on any other service or repairs, and when I got the bill it was less than half of what I expected it to be, plus my air conditioner has worked flawlessly ever since they fixed it.

It should be under the 10 yr warranty, but when the carrier was called, apparently the serial number wasn't registered. I've been told this should be something the Brainard does when installing them but did not. Brainard should be making this right as it is their error for not registering the equipment. However, they are just avoiding me. Awful business practice, do NOT use, you will only be disappointed.
