Then, they bid low, when they first came they said $1,000 to $1,200. Then, they came and did the work, taking less than then they originally said, but they charged us $1,640. They never stopped to tell us why they charged us more, they just did. So, don't trust the bid & know that they will take as much as they can. This job shouldn't have cost more that $800 so, we were already over paying. We are feeling kind of cheated

He swiftly diagnosed the issue, walked me through various repair options and price points (zero upselling) and I found the pricing to be competitive. He had the entire sewer line replaced with new pump, hardware and applicable pipe in about 3-hours which greatly brought me peace of mind. Even better they offer a standard 2-yr warranty on parts and labor and while he did not expect the need, he encouraged me to call if there was any issue with his repair in the future.
