I had Cade from Comfort Advisors Heating and Cooling come…read moreout today to service both my AC and furnace, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Cade arrived on time dressed well, and Smelled good and immediately took the time to explain in detailed what would be done and answer ALL of my questions. It was clear they were very knowledgeable about both systems. They worked efficiently, ensuring that both my AC and furnace were fully checked and properly maintained. What stood out the most was professionalism and attention to detail. They made sure to clean up after the job, leaving no mess behind, and provided me with helpful tips to keep everything running smoothly until the next service. My home is already feeling more comfortable, and I have peace of mind knowing my systems are in top condition. I highly recommend Cade and Comfort Advisors Heating and Cooling for any HVAC needs. I WILL definitely be calling again for future maintenance!

Dishonest and Unethical Practices This company attempted to…read morescam my daughter her husband and 3 young children 2 of them under 5 years old and her home warranty provider. They falsely claimed her furnace had a crack and submitted photos of a completely different unit. Their estimate was more than $4,000 higher than the cost of a new furnace. When questioned by the warranty company, they stopped responding entirely. Another licensed HVAC company inspected the system and confirmed it only required an $80 repair -- not a full replacement. Extremely deceptive business practices. I would give zero stars if possible

Do yourself a favor and go to the competition. Go to Fred's or Han's. Over time, the marketplace will catch up to company's like this that don't value customer relationships. Again, stay clear. I have multi-family property and felt this was too high. Called my HVAC guy that does work for our real estate management company and he said the fix could be between $250-$900 depending on the issue. I thought "well that quote is in range". He said to send him the model number of the heater and he would look up the price from the supply house. He called me back and said the OEM motor was $600, so I thought he was being honest. My HVAC guy said the after market motor was $250. So, I told my HVAC guy to go ahead and do the work. I went out to the tech from Indoor Climate Solutions and told him his price was too high and did he consider going to an after market motor. The tech from Indoor Climate Solutions told me "that is the price for the after market motor". LIE! I told him I didn't need him to do the work and he charged me a diagnostic fee (which is reasonable as he came out). My HVAC guy comes out the next morning and it wasn't the motor at all, but a capacitor! Either the ICS tech was lying from the beginning or is completely incompetent. I got the unit fixed for $150 total with the travel fee. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They will rip you off!
