During my wait I seen two other unhappy customers return with nail problems and the owner looked irritated but helped them. One thing that is very unprofessional at these nail salons are that they speak their own language which can make a customer feel very uncomfortable. Finally when it was my turn, the lady rushed, got nail polish on everything and took less than 5 minutes with me. Now, its been less than 24 hours and my nail polish has chipped, so I will be going back to get them fixed up. After today, I will no longer be going to this salon for my nail needs, sorry.

I showed her what I wanted and even though there wasn't a lighter coloir to match the main colour, we still managed to make do with the shellac colours she had. There are many colours to choose, don't get me wrong, I was looking for a specific design that matched a dress I wore for a wedding. She took her time and was very patient and did her job very well. Taking a photo, bare in mind that I got them done almost a week ago, so my nails grew a bit.

I came to Queen's and they got me in right away. Thom did my service and she was quiet but friendly. She was very attentive to the job she was doing and did not knick me once. I am so in love with the job Thom did on my nails. I have only been getting this service for about a month at home and these are my favorite dip nails I've ever had. She made them look so natural people couldn't tell it was dipped. If I lived in Canada this would be my regular spot. I'd recommend you call ahead for appointments as they seem to stay busy. I was lucky to get an immediate opening.

I guess the lady who did my nails was being nice about it so I didn't wanna be a "Karen", but the guy that works there who's always grumpy and always on his phone did not care about what I had to say, if you're gonna be miserable looking at your job you should quit... it's not a good excuse explaining to me they don't speak English very well which hinders their customer service, but take the effort to learn because you're in Canada. I've been coming here for years and it's going to be my last, I suggest the same to everyone.

They only have 2 girls working there (from what I've seen) so I would recommend making an appointment- even within a couple hours of when you'd like to go - but I've seen people walk in. I always just call an hour or 2 ahead so I don't need to wait and so the girls don't feel rushed since there's only 2 of them. Quick yet thorough service (I appreciate getting in and out with a well done mani pedi and brows in less than 2 hours). Friendly service and they know what they're doing. Never had a mani/ pedi chip prematurely or peel from here. They're also not pushy with services like some places. Most importantly it is very clean- I've never felt like I may get an infection or my feet were soaking in someone else's dead skin (we've all been to that place where you're pretty sure there's crap floating in the water lol). I've been to many nail salons in the GTA and this one is fantastic, better service and results than even some boutique/ hotel spas. Waxing here was also well done. Definitely would recommend this place for all of your routine mani pedis and waxing!!
