Just not a great meal. My girlfriend said salad tasted like it was out of a bag and not washed. Both of us tried the tenders and were happy to say they were hot and juicy. Very pleased with the strips. Rest of the meal was sub par with texas toast being stale and chewy. Should just be left out of the menu all together. Service was quick and friendly and ambiance was ok except every table was sticky and gross. Being that this is only second visit I doubt there will ever be a third.

When we arrived, there were 10 people in front of us. We waited 20 minutes, and only one party in line had been helped. The restaurant has VERY limited staff; the same person was taking orders, waiting tables, AND making food. So they could only take one order every 10-15 minutes. I don't care how good the food is; we would have had to wait in line nearly an hour to get help, and THEN wait for our food on top of that. Until they can speed up the service, we will NOT be going back there.

When I politely asked about it, the manager, Ms. Rodriguez, bluntly and rudely told me, "Now you have to pay for it," with absolutely no courtesy, explanation, or appreciation for someone who has supported this location for over a year. It wasn't even about the cookie -- it was the dismissive attitude, poor customer service, and complete lack of care toward a repeat customer. A simple explanation or a little kindness would have gone a long way. Instead, I left feeling brushed off and disrespected. Customer loyalty clearly means very little here. Sadly, after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Very upsetting and disappointing treatment.
