We loved that it's a local store and we try to support local in our purchases whenever possible. They have a variety of furniture on the floor as well as decor of all kinds. The team at Blueprint Home was absolutely great! Karrie and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful when we explained to them what we were looking for. We could tell that they are passionate about what they do and actually care about providing excellent service to their clients. We ended up buying a Lind leather couch and love seat for a good deal. We ordered them in July and we were expecting to receive them at the end of November, but the shipment arrived early November instead. It was a pleasant surprise! The white glove delivery experience was amazing and we're very content with our overall experience with Blueprint Home. We're planning on going back to get more furniture and decor there in the future. We highly recommend them!

Yesterday i went to return an item. I was told the returns was down as the person dealing with this…read morewas not in. I asked to see the manager to discuss this further and upon the manager arriving I got the exact same response. I asked the manager whether I was able to able to exchange the product for another item and if there are able to manually write down the item for which i had a receipt for and was still declined. When the manager noticed my frustration, in-order to get rid of me I was told to please go ahead and make a complaint if i was not happy about the service. Me personally being in the customer service business I definitely though this was highly un-professional and that this situation could have been dealt with better or for CT to have a back-up plan in place.

Ah yes, Zone has seen a pretty penny from this lady. They have lots of stuff for your home, including furniture, and I also find that Zone is a great place to find unique gifts for bridal showers, etc. So here's the good and the bad. The good: This place is a delight to walk through. They have a unique selection of stuff for the home, and if you like to shop you will for sure love Zone. Their HQ is in Montreal, and all the staff are fully bilingual in this location. I saw another review of this place that disparaged the customer service, but that hasn't been my experience at all. I think the staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain lovely. If you see something you want that isn't in stock, they can order it in for you (usually from Montreal). The less-than-good: Normally when I walk in and buy something, the experience is seamless. There have been a couple of occasions where I had to have something ordered in because it was out of stock. On one occasion they neglected to call me when my item arrived, so I was waiting for quite a long time before I actually got it. When we ordered our couch, the delivery service was not the greatest. Last year literally every time I went into Zone to order something there were hiccups caused by the installation of a new inventory/POS system on the back end, which makes me think maybe the staff could have been trained better. The pros of this shop far outweigh the cons, and I love to come into Zone and take a peek around every now and then. People always ask "where did you get that?" about some of the quirky items in our home, and usually the answer is "Zone, in the market!"

Needing this for a gift the item would arrive way too late . I wrote several texts and each time was answered DAYS later . I received with each text an automotive reply saying it would take 72 hrs for a response .. but they exceeded that time EVERY SINGLE TIME !!!!! I wrote numerous texts requesting cancellation and they did not acknowledge me at all. I even left phone messages requesting cancellation and was ignored . When the item came 2 months later .. it was defective . The resin was yellow where it should have been white. That lead into a lot of back and forth where I was passed on to a manager. I was refunded 40% but had to be subjected to a lot of stress and frustration ! The entire situation from my initial purchase in May was "resolved " end of August ! Please be advised if your considering purchasing from them they are super negligent with communication and not willing to cancel orders and if your item is not in stock will take MONTHS! !! I would give them not even one star !

The store is fantastic for modern furniture. The prices are definitely pricey and you should know that before heading into the store. It's no Ikea or Jysk for sure in terms of price and quality. There always seems to be something on sale and there are a lot of great classic pieces I saw in here from Barcelona's, corbusier's, egg chairs and more. The staff wasn't to friendly considering I was younger looking and dressed like a bum today but whatever I can hunt them down if I want something. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the things I wanted but will keep this place in mind if there are other pieces I'm looking for in my place.

Bottom line, my order was set on May 2013 and I get the final delivery unitl March 2014... YES, no typo, 10 months after !!!, No follow up calls, no alternatives (other than go to the store and pick something different) or no solutions offered... incredible bad customer care. Quality of furniture is from average to bad... example:one chair even has weld spatter. BE READY to have your worst investment if you dare to buy here.

No Walmart cast-offs here. It really is the kind of place you would shop for that person who has it all - but, only if you are made of cash. Parking is strictly street, but you can just ask your chauffeur to circle the block!
