We loved that it's a local store and we try to support local in our purchases whenever possible. They have a variety of furniture on the floor as well as decor of all kinds. The team at Blueprint Home was absolutely great! Karrie and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful when we explained to them what we were looking for. We could tell that they are passionate about what they do and actually care about providing excellent service to their clients. We ended up buying a Lind leather couch and love seat for a good deal. We ordered them in July and we were expecting to receive them at the end of November, but the shipment arrived early November instead. It was a pleasant surprise! The white glove delivery experience was amazing and we're very content with our overall experience with Blueprint Home. We're planning on going back to get more furniture and decor there in the future. We highly recommend them!

I asked to see the manager to discuss this further and upon the manager arriving I got the exact same response. I asked the manager whether I was able to able to exchange the product for another item and if there are able to manually write down the item for which i had a receipt for and was still declined. When the manager noticed my frustration, in-order to get rid of me I was told to please go ahead and make a complaint if i was not happy about the service. Me personally being in the customer service business I definitely though this was highly un-professional and that this situation could have been dealt with better or for CT to have a back-up plan in place.

I feel extra qualified to write this review because I've bought the entire gamut of stuff you can…read morepossibly get from this place. From butter dishes to telephones to purses to an entire couch. Ah yes, Zone has seen a pretty penny from this lady. They have lots of stuff for your home, including furniture, and I also find that Zone is a great place to find unique gifts for bridal showers, etc. So here's the good and the bad. The good: This place is a delight to walk through. They have a unique selection of stuff for the home, and if you like to shop you will for sure love Zone. Their HQ is in Montreal, and all the staff are fully bilingual in this location. I saw another review of this place that disparaged the customer service, but that hasn't been my experience at all. I think the staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain lovely. If you see something you want that isn't in stock, they can order it in for you (usually from Montreal). The less-than-good: Normally when I walk in and buy something, the experience is seamless. There have been a couple of occasions where I had to have something ordered in because it was out of stock. On one occasion they neglected to call me when my item arrived, so I was waiting for quite a long time before I actually got it. When we ordered our couch, the delivery service was not the greatest. Last year literally every time I went into Zone to order something there were hiccups caused by the installation of a new inventory/POS system on the back end, which makes me think maybe the staff could have been trained better. The pros of this shop far outweigh the cons, and I love to come into Zone and take a peek around every now and then. People always ask "where did you get that?" about some of the quirky items in our home, and usually the answer is "Zone, in the market!"

Ordered 2 Untitled Table and Wall Lamp Nemo Ark on Nov 19 2025 with 4 to 8 week delivery. It is now…read more15 weeks and no sign of them. I ordered from the company because they're Canadian. I'd forgotten Canada's reputation for call centre penny mining stock scams and seniors frauds of 30 years ago. I see we're back at it in a different format. At 7 weeks I wrote asking where they were and was told the factory had closed for Christmas. I told them to cancel the order. They said they couldn't as they were in production. They just lied. Either the lamps had not started, they were being built, or had been built. If they were being built, they would not take more than a day to finish - they were just being retired for North American wiring. They were built which leads to the last option - they were built. if They were built or in production, it has taken 8 weeks to ship them from Europe to Toronto - and they still aren't here. I leave this weeks for 8 weeks and no one will be here to accept delivery. The Modern Shop says it's not their problem. customer Service just lies and says they're on their way. Dont believe them. The company is a scam or it's insolvent. They take your money and don't deliver. I'll be more careful and check Trust Pilot in the future before ordering again. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

The store is fantastic for modern furniture. The prices are definitely pricey and you should know that before heading into the store. It's no Ikea or Jysk for sure in terms of price and quality. There always seems to be something on sale and there are a lot of great classic pieces I saw in here from Barcelona's, corbusier's, egg chairs and more. The staff wasn't to friendly considering I was younger looking and dressed like a bum today but whatever I can hunt them down if I want something. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find the things I wanted but will keep this place in mind if there are other pieces I'm looking for in my place.

White Box markets itself as a not-your-ordinary shopping experience. I like that the impacts of donations and purchases stay local. And organizations that help kids always have my support. The clothing at Thrive appears to be geared towards youth and so skews on the younger side, in my opinion. The racks are filled with brands like Old Navy, Garage, and Ardene. Prices are cheaper than places like Value Village. They had some new items like Funko Pops and Squishmallows, while I was there, but I guess these depend on donations, perhaps these were from a business (?) They also had some used video games and controllers. They also have (new) Big Brothers and Big Sisters merchandise. Staff are friendly. I believe that many of them are volunteers.
