First off, the guy was condescending at the parts counter and then made me come behind the counter to the stock area and find the part myself. Then he told me that when I inevitably take it back they'll be glad to sell me a 500$ faucet. WTF?? I left the store, happy to have the part I needed but as I browsed just before leaving I could hear this same guy along with a co-worker, loudly insulting a customer after they had left and swearing like sailors. They were saying things like "look, I'm trying to upsell" and "you're not gonna fix the effing thing are you?" etc. These guys are total pricks...but they do have hard to find parts so go in there with armor on. Some of the Homesense/Winners/Marshals stores get a little chaotic after the shoppers have had time to go through everything and shuffle the clearance items around, but the staff at this store seem to be working really hard to keep this location spiffy. This shopping area of Stittsville has been really well planned out - the parking lots are well organized, there is a good use of roundabouts to separate the areas and help to prevent that "I Got Here First" Stop-Sign issue, and the assortment of stores is very useful.
