The outside of the building looks plain and has a warehouse feeling about it and the inside is industrial looking. BUT, inside is decorated well with pictures of art (see my attached photos). There is one large room where the fitness event that I attended was located. There might be smaller rooms inside too but I didn't look out for them. Bathrooms are located inside as well. The fitness event I attended was awesome. I know the owner of the Beauty Boost so I got a free ticket to attend since I'm an unofficial ambassador. There were 3 classes that lasted for 20 mins each. I enjoyed the high intensity cardio/strength class and the yoga class. I didn't stay for the last class since I wanted to head to church. At the event, there were vendors stationed in the lobby. They handed out information about their business. I loved trying samples of protein drinks and little protein bites. The mayor of Cleveland often hosts breakfast and lunch meetings or gatherings at the Union Club. Private events and weddings are held here and there is even a hotel inside for visitors to stay. I've been attending events at the Union Club for over a year now and a half now (since Sept. 2024). I attend these events through the CCWA speaker events. Many great speakers have come to the Union Club to speak on global topics. The dinner served at the private speaker events that I've attended is always delicious. Normally there is a starting dish such as a salad, then a main course such as salmon, beef, or steak along with a side, and the meal ends with a dessert. The building is old but it has been well kept over the years. It does get cold inside sometimes so perhaps the old nature of the building is an issue with heating but I am not 100% sure. The chandeliers in some of the rooms are beautiful with intricate details. The great reading room is quiet and serene with plenty of comfortable seating. There's a bar and also a separate room to the side. There are also a lot of comfy couches and other seating options. It seems perfect for hosting mixers giving attendees opportunities to mingle in various areas. The space seems to comfortably fit a lot of guests. According to the Lounges website, they offer tours and allow inquiries about space rental. I can absolutely see someone leveraging this space for networking mixers, entrepreneurial panels, or a group photoshoots. It's definitely a blank canvas with a lot of potential. It's also one of the few artistic places in the city that have a building of their own offering more privacy. Getting in took some time, the line for the doors was around the corner and halfway down the street, but once they opened the doors they kept things moving with plenty of people scanning tickets and doing the security check. Inside Temple Live has a certain charm, the lobby and auditorium have plenty of retro touches. I was in the balcony and getting up there and finding the seat was fine, although there are plenty of stairs. Because of the setup, even the seats way up have a good view and are not that far from the stage. Sound was good, loud without being oppressive. The concert itself was wonderful, Devo was very high energy and just blasted through their hits, they sounded very good and really showed how to put on a show. Temple Live is a great place to see a concert, check out who is playing there.

I loved how the ballroom is set down below the lobby space, the tile details on the floors, and the beautiful molding around the stage. The cozy vintage-style booths around the floor area are also so fun! While I was not here for a fancy event, I could really see it also working great for a wedding, banquet, or party as well. Bonus- I met Megan the event coordinator for the ballroom and she was so sweet and welcoming. Hope to be able to attend something at this space again!
