Thankfully, I was not injured, and I'm especially grateful that my elderly mother did not have the piece that was in my biscotti. What was most concerning was the response when I returned to the bakery to report it. The employee told me the owners had already left, but there was no apology or sense of urgency regarding what could have been a very serious safety issue. I brought the glass back to the bakery and made them aware of the situation. At this point, I believe it is the owners' responsibility to contact me and address this matter. Finding glass in a food product is extremely dangerous, and I hope they take the necessary steps to ensure this never happens to another customer.

Ordered the veggie slice and the marinara slice. When we got up to the register to pay she rang it up and said do you want anything else. Well I said do you have drinks available?
