I found out the issue, that we have the same service for the same address. They charged me $188 to get started with the service, but after I called and explained the situation. I requested a refund, and even said on their web-site 30 day money back guarantee. They would not issue a refund. They did cancel the contract. I have talked to at least 3 or 4 people including managers. But they stated, they did the first service on my contract therefore I get charged. I just feel like when I set up the service, there should be away to check and make sure service is not already set up. I feel this was fraudulent because they did not catch the mistake. I noticed they were coming every week, instead every couple weeks. And bam this mess started. It's been frustrating, and although I should asked my landlord. But I really didn't know that landlords took care of pest control. And Orkin never asked me any additional information. Just signed me up on a new contract. They're more expensive than our previous provider (Scat...who is amazing and we're now back with!!) but they promised we would see a massive reduction in mosquitoes.
