I I gave 3 stars because I'm not sure where the miscommunication came from, but I was told I was on list to be sprayed & no one showed up, ended up buying cameras do to being told I was on list then took off from where I live. But when I was on no one came. Once I spoke to Dennis personally he made sure someone was there and came out. I will say when someone did come spray they took there time and very informative not just a rush and go. Again I'm not sure why so much miscommunication but when they did come they did a wonderful job, very nice and I have not had no more issues read more

On the list of "discoveries you don't want to make a couple months after a full kitchen renovation": termites eating away at the subfloor under your brand new wood floors... Thankfully, Leadtech was very professional and timely in responding to my request a quote for a termite exterminator. Within 48 hours, we were able to have a baiting system installed and the living termites spot-treated. This is no cheap experience so having five-star reviews from fellow Yelpers to lean on when we made the call was incredibly helpful. Dennis and his team were very thorough and friendly in their communications which goes a long way. The technician was careful not to make a mess while walking through the house and was down to business (I especially appreciated this while juggling work calls / being short on time). Overall, a very positive experience. I hope I don't have to call them again any time soon but they made the not-so-great situation as positive as it could be. read more

We had a nest of yellow jackets under our hot tub. Dennis came out and was able to eradicate the next. He also explained a bit about yellow jacket behavior, what to look for in the future, etc. He was professional, helpful, timely, and very reasonably priced. I needed help evaluating a piece of furniture infested with powerderpost beetles. That beetle doesn't exist in Washington state. Since the furniture company was located in Indiana, I did an advanced internet search and this company came up. Gave them a call and the owner was willing to talk to me for free! He gave me advice on how to treat the piece of furniture and how long it would take. He said to call him back if I needed any more help. I wanted to pay him for his time but he said no need. On the 4th of July after about 5 days of me googling and trying every home remedy you could find, I called Ledtech Pest Services to help me get rid of the impossible to get rid of springtails. This was a Saturday and I did not expect to hear back from anyone until Monday. Much to my surprise, I was called immediately and was scheduled for service on Monday morning. The owner assured me they would work to solve my problem, regardless of what it takes! Thomas was the service man and he was excellent. He assessed the problem, sprayed the area inside and out and answered my 100 obessive/complusive questions. He was respectful of the COVID 19 precautions, which also was a relief. I so happy to have my problem solved. I even asked questions via email after the service and got an immediate and helpful response. I really felt like they CARED. Not sure who was driving the company vehicle but they plowed ahead of me on 31 cutting me and so many other cars off the road headed towards carmel area. I honked and he kept swerving through cars going about 20 over the speed limit. Probably shouldn't do that if your company logo is on the vehicle just a heads up. read more

So It's Spring and we have had Bugs like crazy. All Kinds (Spiders, Ant, Water Bugs Aka. Oriental Cockroaches and even a Centipede) Bugs are disgusting and as soon as i saw a Centipede, I told my husband it's time to call the exterminator. Leadtech Pest services was very professional and awesome. They called 30 min before they got there and made sure my son who is 4 months old was out of the house for at least 3-4 hrs after they came. I so appreciate that! Keeping my Baby Safe! Let me tell you, I haven't seen 1 bug since they came out and sprayed! Praise The Lamb!!!! I hate bugs!!!! read more

We would highly recommend Dennis! We had an ant problem in a home we just purchased, we still had ants coming in after the first time Dennis sprayed, but he came back 3 more times at no additional charge to make sure he got all of the ants. Dennis' customer service is also wonderful and his prices are fair. read more

My mom and her husband in Assisted Living had a bit of a bed bug crisis. Not huge numbers, and seemed like they were confined, at least we hope. I talked to several pest control companies and man oh man the sales pitches and fear mongering I got ... pretty impressive and mildly humorous. Well, not so humorous, disgusting is a better term. Dennis with Leadtech is honest, fair, communicates well and does not sell you on stuff you don't need.... unlike other pest control companies we contacted. He was kind to my mom and their situation, and put everyone at ease. He treated them as family. He even helped bag up clothes! I live out of state and I was a major PITA to Dennis because being in the facility they are it's a bit of a crisis. He was patient and took it all in stride. He treated their apartment, one of his guys went back out in a couple of weeks and treated again. They just finished with their one month re-inspection and so far all looks good. I am thankful for Dennis and his team. You can't go wrong with these guys. And PLEASE be careful out there, there are a lot of dishonest and scummy companies that will sell you the kitchen sink if you let them. Thank you Dennis. They're undeniably popular and their reviews obviously speak for themselves. I suppose that's part of what makes my experience worth noting. I called Critter Removal Indianapolis due to a squirrel in my home that I'd been unable to address myself or with assistance. I called Critter Removal Indianapolis on a Wednesday and made arrangements the next day for one of their employees to come by the house the next day at noon. While I hate having to miss work, this squirrel had become a major nuisance. The appointment was scheduled for noon - I was sent a link to be able to track my appointment (a cool touch, though also a bit alarming as the time changes and my appointment ended up happening around 1:30pm). I'd e-mailed them through their website and had gotten a response pretty quickly with a general idea of pricing. That went well. Once the employee arrived, he explained the process - essentially photographing trouble spots, developing a plan, submitting the paperwork to the office, getting an estimate, and then agreeing in writing to the estimate. I hadn't been aware there was sort of a pre-step, somewhat disappointing, but I remained hopeful. I made it clear to the employee that the squirrel was actually in my home - not a crawl space, basement, or attic. It was actually in my living space. It was actually in my living space when he came out. As he was taking photographs, the squirrel was walking across my kitchen counter. Seriously. The estimate came and I agreed quickly after a review of it. It was actually lower than the original price range. I was told they could be out the next morning and that I would not need to be home. I had every hope that they'd arrive on Friday and get the critter quickly. However, when I got home it was clear that hadn't happened. There had been no signs of actual arrival (and no contact). Over the weekend, things got worse and ultimately a friend ended up calling what she thought was the company to basically say "Why are you not out there?" Let's be honest. It was a legit question. She actually had called a different company that came within the hour. Within a half hour or so, the squirrel was caught and removed. And yes, it was in my kitchen when caught. To Critter Removal's credit (Hannah specifically), they were perfectly polite and gracious when I e-mailed them Sunday and said the squirrel had been caught and explained the situation. I canceled my appointment. So, here we go. Great initial inquiry. Friendly people and very thorough. However, I can't help but feel like policy came before people here. While all critter issues are important, a critter in a living space is sort of an elevated concern both because of safety and potential biohazard due to waste. As a wheelchair user, I was at even greater risk of potential infection. There was a lot of good here. I don't want to dismiss that. But, if we're being honest, given the circumstances it's pretty inexcusable that after being told on Wednesday a critter was in the house and after having been in my home the next day, I should have had help well before Sunday afternoon when the issue finally got resolved. While I might consider calling Critter Removal again for more preventative measures (I did like some of their plans), if I were in a crisis? I would have to look elsewhere.

I also received a complete explanation of the process that would be used and the scope of the work, the material safety data sheets on the chemicals, and "Five Mold Myths" which really helped put the whole mold issue in perspective ("it's not the next asbestos"). The team answered all my questions, always returning phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner. As they did the remediation, they explained things step by step, and even though it was miserably hot I never heard one complaint. Between the heat and the old part of the crawlspace the job took longer than anticipated, but they never cut corners or rushed to get done - in fact, they had to come back the next day to finish because they wanted to make sure it was done properly. We had not seen the property in person, yet he was very honest in letting us know that the condition of the house did not warrant a full inspection, and stated that he did not want to charge us the amount of his original estimate. He did a thorough walkthrough with us by phone and clued us in on foundation cracks and moisture (potentially mold) issues that we would have otherwise been unaware of. He also provided high resolution images that helped us to see what was going on that the seller or contractors did not tell us about. Although we lost our earnest money deposit--as apparently Indiana law does not currently require sellers to be honest in their disclosures, we learned a big lesson and saved ourselves the headache of buying a house that was more of a lemon than we bargained for. Leadtech is the absolute best. I never thought I would be ecstatic about a pest control service but they have a way of making you feel important and good. It started with good communication and arriving as scheduled. Once he arrived, he was very honest about what actually needed to be done. Other exterminators had quoted me significantly more money and told me I needed more done than I thought I needed. Denny arrived and explained how to best rid my multiple pests and why I didn't need all of the other services. It's hard to find an honest business that has your best interests and budget in mind, I was blown away. I hope no one ever needs LeadTech services but if you do this should be the only person you call. You don't need more quotes and you'll understand why when you speak to these people. Dennis from LeadTech Pest Services was extremely professional from beginning to end. From the time that I reached out about getting a quote to the onsite service call, Dennis was exactly what I was looking for in Pest Control. We have a new home build and had some pretty insane spider activity which prompted the look for a pest service that could take care of it. Dennis came onsite and gave a great explanation of what exactly he was going to do and where he would be once inside the house. He was very careful not to track dirt/mud into the house and performed his services very quickly and effectively. Since the initial service just a week ago, we haven't seen a single spider (we were seeing 5+ per day). Dennis Duckworth of LeadTech is a local business here in Hancock Co. Mc Cordsville and his service is the best!! Yelp and other reviewers praised his company with a lot of 5-star reviews. I had a wasp problem in the chimney of my house. The nasty buggers were coming in through my flue. The first zap to kill was not a success. Leadtech is awesome ! The first time Dennis came out he caught some evidence of termites that our home inspector missed. Fortunately, he caught it before we closed with the seller & he saved us a ton of money. He has also, more recently, treated my home for bees that had nested behind the stone exterior of my house and treated my backyard oasis for mosquitos. Dennis with Leadtech was referred to me by a friend, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. I had wasps flying into my home without any clue where they were coming from. A technician came out the VERY next morning from when I called. He located the nest, got rid of the little buggers, and sprayed all around for additional protection.
